The PET/CT scan showed severe reversible ischemia in the anterior and lateral walls of a 79-year-old male with a history of CABG surgery and atrial flutter. A 66-year-old female undergoing pre-operative clearance showed a mild calcification in the mid LAD but no reversible defects, only a mild fixed defect at the apex. The stress agent used was Persantin and the radioisotope was Rubidium.
