Performance support is a revolutionary way to deliver training and learning directly within employees' workflow by removing the need to leave their current tasks. It aims to improve time to competence through five essential elements: 1) learning embedded in the workflow without a new platform, 2) easy access without passwords to remember, 3) accurate search using artificial intelligence, 4) metrics on learning through xAPI, and 5) maximizing existing learning content investments.
