Telford & Wrekin Council implemented a new workforce strategy and learning management system (LMS) to equip employees with new skills. They reviewed the LMS to ensure it supported learners and the organization. Changes were made to increase user engagement by improving navigation and cleaning up the site. Courses were organized into categories and a mandatory learning program was set up. Data was cleaned to improve reporting. The results showed a 17% increase in face-to-face course completions and a 45% increase in eLearning completions from the previous year.
