This document discusses sources of stress for adolescents and ways to manage stress during middle and late adolescence. It identifies biological changes during puberty, cognitive development which encourages exploration, and social development as key sources of stress. Stress can be managed by developing problem-solving skills, maintaining relationships, setting attainable goals, learning from mistakes, being competent academically and socially, maintaining a positive mindset during stress, eating healthy and exercising, relaxing, enjoying hobbies, and having an optimistic outlook. While stress poses risks, it can also strengthen adolescents to face future challenges.
