On April 20, 2010, a massive offshore drilling rig, known as the Deepwater
Horizon, exploded and set fire. The results were devastating. Eleven people lost
their lives, and approximately seventeen were injured ( BP Oil Spill Timeline ). The
explosion caused oil pipes to rupture and spill thousands of barrels of oil into the Gulf
of Mexico. The BP oil spillhas since turned into one of the worst disasters in recent
memory. The damage that it has caused is insurmountable, and it has taken its toll on
a wide range of people (Walsh). Making Matters worse, the spill has spawned many

Domestic Manners of Americans is one of the most hard hitting, successful novels
written by Frances Trollope, displaying themes scattered throughout the book about
the United States as seen from a different perspective, from the eyes of a tourist.
Frances Trollope resides from England, and in 1827 she made the decision to
embark on a journey to America, to see if it really was the land of opportunity. She
left with her three children and set off leaving her normal life, and her husband,
behind her. What she hoped to find in America was a new life, a new experience,
and what she found was a country that was struggling to see the incredible number
of problems it held. Slavery, social injustice toward women, and the misuse of
religion are all addressed in the novel by Frances Trollope, and she refrains from
censoring herself to make sure that it is evident that the United States is not the Land
of the Free that Americans think it is.

exclusion are used from time to time, it is judicial waiver that is used in most
juvenile transfer cases. Judicial waiver is the most common mechanism used and it
gives juvenile court judges the authority to table certain juvenile cases to the adult
criminal court. In the last few decades, 48 states, including District of Columbia, have
gained the authority to waive juveniles to criminal court. 37 states have the authority
to use statutory exclusion which orders juvenile prosecutions in adult courts. The last
mechanism is direct files and 10 states approve of it as a mean to transfer juveniles to
criminal courts by warranting the prosecution the power to charge the juvenile as an
adult. These three mechanisms differ due to the level of discretion that each provides
to the courts and actors of the courts. One gives the discretion to the judge while

We planned to visit Mill City museum after a friend recommended that we check it
from the Minnesota Historical site. The museum is the most important and historical
place where anyone who wants to know more about the Minnesota people. The
museum contained historical articles and information. A lot of stuff was available
including plant species and human origin. We later made our way to the science
museumwhere displays of evolution. The main building of the Museum has its entire
floor with colorful animated dioramas that display their traditional costumes of

income for the organisers, promoters and coaches, and even the boxers themselves
get a pay check in excess of one million dollars (in the biggest events). The fighters
are clearly willing to take the risk of injury and concussion to earn large amounts of
money, and if the worst should happen, they accept the responsibility of their actions.
