democracy itself is not flawless, it is only better than all the other political forms. In
fact, there are a lot of problems that democracy is not able to fix. For example, the
balance and the efficiency of government of the state is the most debatable one.
Democracy means that a government is made of the people, by the people and for
the people . People s choices and opinions need to be represented, or else the
existence of democratic institutions will be meaningless. But one cannot burn the
candle at both ends. One could only achieve full representations at the expense of
efficiency. Thus, at what extend to make a choice between representation and
efficiency becomes an obstacle for every democratic government. I personally believe,
that the best political form we can have so far is the democratic institutions of the

was the top in the country I knew it had to be somewhat good. It s costed $10 but

view of the power of the stories, told by indigenous individuals orally and now
through writing. Each indigenous story has an encoded message of law, land, place,
knowledge, experience and survival. It fundamentally is a basic script for indigenous
cultural identity. Stories that are told by indigenous hold a great deal more
importance than just words. Writing indigenous stories takes us to a culturally risky
space where writers can write and own stories to which they have no claim, no
connection and no responsibility (Janke, 2009).
It was not until 1967 that the Australian constitution was amended to legally
recognise that indigenous Australians were, in fact, human and not classified as flora
and fauna. (Haxton, 2007)
Indigenous writers disagree with the stance some non indigenous writers have about
writing about indigenous issues. They believe they are providing a voice to
Aboriginal Australia. This, however, is unacceptable for many indigenous writers as
they are tired of competing with white writers for the opportunity to write and be
published in the area that is particularly and specifically related to their lives and

Students who spend hours on campus in a week for studies do not have regular
access to electrical outlets; they are constantly moving from class to class across
campus. b. Background The time used to commute from class to class for students
can be used to charge their mobile devices. There has been similar research
conducted in the past. A research conducted in 2009 took an alternating current
from a headlight generator and converted it into direct current in order to charge a
cell phone [2]. Another device that has been researched, and prototyped, is the
Siva Cycle Atom. It is a small device that connects to the back axle of a bike and
converts locomotive, mechanical energy into electrical energy. This device can
