Objective
I would like to obtain a part-time position with an enterprise where I can utilize my skills and talents on a part-
time basis. I am semi-retired and would like 10-16 hrs./week within 20 miles of Spartanburg, SC.
Qualifications
• 25+ years professional experience in business administration
• Full-charge bookkeeping capability
• Excellent office management and leadership experience
• Extensive computer proficiency, organizational and interpersonal skills
Relevant Professional Experience
• Finance/Bookkeeping:
Transfer of manual bookkeeping to computer generated system as well as implementation of new computer
software and training of support personnel. Full-charge bookkeeping capabilities (A/P, A/R, GL, asset
management and depreciation, cash flow, job costing, WIP, piece work, reconciliations and audit
compliance). Research and upkeep of all business related insurances. Payroll, (in-house and outside
companies), payroll reports and taxes. Sales and property tax reporting. Analysis and establishment of
budgets, incl. budget analysis and compliance reports to government entities. Trust account management.
Warranty administration (refunds, new warranties, cancellation, repos). HUD loans and replacement reserve
requests.
My most recent job required multi-state payroll, reports per federal regulations, as well as accounts
payable, account reconciliations and multi-state sales tax reports.
• Human Resources:
Personnel and benefits administration (new hire briefing, government compliance, credentialing).
Development of employee manuals and procedures. Upkeep of personnel files and info. Advise and mediate
personnel problems.
• Marketing:
Participated in the execution of proposals, marketing brochures and contracts. Conducted market research
studies and produced subsequent reports.
• Administrative:
Researched and maintained source materials for publications and special projects. Organized seminars,
meetings, made travel arrangements. Maintained and complied with provisions of government contracts,
addendum, contract extensions. Created and maintained purchase orders, customer and vendor information,
shipment tracking, installation and repair orders and piece work. Supervision of warehouse, payables,
receivables, sales department personnel.

Quicken, QuickBooksPro/Premier, Peachtree, ADP (payroll and Auto Dealer), MAS90, amsi and some Cyma
