Job Title: Office Manager
Reports To: CEO
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: Wind Products Inc. is a SoHo New York City based early stage renewable energy
company specializing in small wind turbines (1kW-100kw). We are seeking an office manager,
responsible for overseeing daily office activities, organization, and management. This is a full-
time position.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      Coordinates and monitors office operations to ensure company requirements are
       sufficiently met on a daily basis.
      Plans goals/objectives for office operations and identifies the resources (staff,
       equipment, funds) required to attain the end results.
      Provides qualified staff support and contributes to the needs of the organization.
      Monitors office procedures and resolves problems through collaboration with pertinent
       contacts, and implements changes as needed.
      Manages bookkeeping for the firm, including managing accounting software, accounts
       payable/receivable.
      Performs all aspects of human resources such as payroll, benefit administration,
       procedures, personnel issues and maintain related confidential files.
      Coordinates and oversees the completion of special projects as needed.
      Schedules appointments and office meetings as needed.
      Coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements via telephone and
       correspondence, and prepares related agendas for the company as required.
      Ensures the efficient operation of all office equipment, arranges for routine and
       necessary maintenance as needed.
      Maintains the office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed.

Skills:
     Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
     Organization, planning, and scheduling
     Software: MS Office, Quickbooks

Education/Experience:
BA/BS required. Prior experience in office management required.

Compensation:
Salary + benefits commensurate with experience
