Facilitate and Inspire Students Learning and Creativity  a. Promote, support and model creativity. b. Uses digital tools and resources to help students resolve real life issues. c. Offers collaborative tools to promote general knowledge and organization. d. Becomes involved in face to face and virtual learning environments.
Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assesments a.  Incorporates digital tools in the learning process. b. Develops technology –enriched environments where students can learn to utilize these tools in their daily lives. c.  Can develop activities that meet each students needs and abilities using digital tools. d.  Uses content and technology standards to asses and makes sure to utilize the results obtained to promote learning.
Model Digital-Age Work and Learning a.  Demonstrates knowledge in technology. b.  Works with the entire community using digital tools to support student success. c.  Utilizes digital tools and formats to communicate ideas and important information. d. Models effective use of technology for research and learning purposes.
a.  Insists on legal and ethical use of technology and digital information by respecting copyright. b. Makes sure all students have access to digital tools that meets individual needs.   c.  Promotes and models respect and resposiblity when using digital tools for social interactions. d. Uses digital tools to engage students and colleagues in other cultures. Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibilty.
Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership. a.  Participates in local and global technology-centered learning communities.   b.  Exhibits leadership by helping other to develop their technology skills. c.  Becomes involved in ongoing research and professional development to keep up with emerging digital resources. d.  Is a role model for their school and          community.
