applications, both offshore and onshore, application and infrastructure; with
the goal to expand billing, to provide ‘shared data usage’ on family plan. The
customer uses multiple devices for mobility telecom shared data, just as with
voice.
The infrastructure piece placed an added demand on my overall project
management, requiring tight multiple effort coordination. The program called
for consistent ‘project health’ (dashboard reporting), formal financial estimation
and tracking to senior management.
This very successful deployment was followed by extensive production
validation PVT testing and then Commercial Launch, meeting the company’s
