In the 19 months at Nvidia, I have been dedicated to Project Management; successfully managed 5 major
IT projects.

 LSI project – Saved over $2M per year through development of an HW platform infrastructure
used to host a suite of Litigation Support applications. This involved managing the project at all
levels, setting schedules and providing status to senior management.
 BYOM (Self-purchase mobile program) – Implemented the industry best solution, Good
Technology, for allowing Android mobiles and iPhones to access the Nvidia network in the most
manageable and secure manner. Critical to supporting Nvidia’s graphical chip strategy. Program
has been implemented globally.
 InterCall project - Within a two month time frame replaced the existing conference call services
vendor with InterCall’s similar services. Projected savings are approximately $400,000/year.
Coordinated the project, setting up schedules, training, and communications necessary to execute a
smooth transition.
 HDVC Project (CHAT) – Project Managed acquisition and deployment of High Definition Video
Conferencing services to Nvidia offices globally. To date 12 globally distributed systems have
been implemented. Involves analysis, working with vendors and internal support teams to select
sites, procure, design and implement equipment to ensure a successful implementation. Payback
period per room is less than 17 months with a significant positive impact to the environment.
 OS Deployment Project – Involved in a program to automate Windows 7 imaging and deployment
of thousands of Nvidia desktops / laptops. Automated deployment will have a significant impact
to delivery and quality of OS deployments / upgrades to Nvidia personnel. Completed first
phase of the project on time and within budget.
The successful delivery of these projects is driven by the experience, management, interpersonal,

Savings of an estimated $20M+ within the first five years for the PLM implementation associated with
enabling JDM, time to volume, reduction of scrap and rework among other advantages. A much larger
value was in terms of ability to manage and take to market an increased number of new products.

 One of the initial Prism Solutions Product Directors, I grew product revenues 300% over two
years culminating in a successful IPO. Prism was the startup and pioneer of the Data
Warehousing industry.
 I rebuilt the Sunnyvale and Austin development organizations (Dev., Architecture, QA, DBA,
Config. Mgmt.) while introducing new products and providing technical support, resulting in over
$20M revenue.
 Provided input as an active member of the Corporate Product Planning team headquartered in
