• Program Manager for a portfolio up to twelve plus simultaneous IT projects serving the State, CMS,
Medicare, Medicaid, Vendors/Delegates, Other Health Insurance Providers, etc. involving strategic
planning, defining and maintaining PM standards, as well as financial expectations/responsibilities
and accountabilities.
• Collaborating regularly with Sr. Management, Project Managers and Business as necessary for
funding, approvals, status, deliverables, standards, requirements, staffing, recommendations, etc.
• Provide Senior Project/Program Management services (via hands-on MS Project at the core) to the
Information Technology - Information Management-Business Intelligence Enterprise Data
Warehouse organization. Supporting these Business/Data areas: HMO, PPO & Pharmacy Claims,
Providers, Members, Benefits, Brokers, Government Programs, Lab Results, etc. across Mainframe,
Distributed, IVR and EDI platforms.
• Matrix Managed a staff of 50 IT and Project Manager personnel (25 FTEs, 25 Consultants) within a
$5.4MM plus budget across a firm-wide program of multiple substantial ICD-10 successful
Remediation projects.
• Provided complete lifecycle phase management of multiple projects to assure International
Classification of Disease (ICD) Version 10 regulatory compliance by October 1, 2014 and 2015.
• Program and Project managed projects including but not limited to firm-wide Reports Remediation
where more than one thousand reports existed on Distributed Cognos, Business Objects, MS Access
(82k databases) and Mainframe platforms; PM’d Database Remediation across nine Data
Warehouses/Databases and ETL Tool Remediation (e.g., via DataStage and Informatica) was highly
complex, but successful.
• The essence of the work revolved around significant data field expansion and additions to
simultaneously support ICD-9 and ICD-10 co-processing to a firm-wide HMO Qcare and GHI PPO
customer base, as well as external in/outbound vendor feeds, internal feeds/extracts for government
compliance, CMS and many other external/internal organizations.
• Completed PM management of over 13,000 firm-wide Data Warehouse objects (programs, reports,
copybooks, tables, views, schemas, indexes, packages, etc.) in the process of being ICD-10
remediated.
• Created organizational PMO and work with Enterprise PMO to ensure all business change is
managed in a controlled way (regarding requirements, standards, reporting, practices, etc) as well as
hosted daily Scrum meetings.
JP Morgan Chase: New York City, New York November 2003 to June 2011

• Lead the Program and Project Management services of Managed Accounts Integration Testing
within the Broker Dealer Services (BDS) division providing clearing services for broker/dealers
regarding these products: Mutual Funds, Equities, Options and Fixed Income.
• Successfully Project Managed a $1.1M Managed Accounts Integration Testing project for the Chase
Investor Services Corporation (CISC) client including six Managing Partners supporting 180K
Accounts in the “day in the life of Production” daily, monthly and Rebalancing processing.
• Lead initiative to manage rigorous performance load/stress tests to assure the capability and capacity
of the hardware, software, database and network components supporting up to one million Mutual
Fund trades and two million Equity Allocations a day. Projects focused on converting a total of 1.8
million Accounts from the Fidelity-NFS (National Financial Services) to JPMCC Clearing platform.
3. • Daily work: Hosted project planning sessions to identify and manage tasks, risks, issues and
interacted daily with various management levels and technology resources to ensure customer
expectations are being met, and projects complete within their expected schedule and budget.
4. Program Manager / Technology Manager July 2009 to May 2010
• Lead Program and Project Managed services within the BPM (Business Process Management)
Center of Excellence supporting a major cross-departmental initiative whose mission was to
implement and standardize a Global Fax Workflow Automation (GFWA) solution.
• Provided the requisite Infrastructure foundation (i.e., hardware, software, network, database and
security components). This solution served to establish and maintain a shared services utility.
• Successfully Project Managed a $4.75 million project for all Fax based processes that engaged the
Metastorm BPM/BPA platform and support team to realize their technology automation solutions
serving the Asset Services, Global Trade Operations and NATO Trade Operations organizations in
Dallas, Bournemouth, London, Mumbai and Bangalore locations.
• Achieved lower costs, greater efficiencies, improved customer and stakeholder satisfaction, and
greater competitive advantage.
• Lead various businesses and hosted technology meetings to coordinate the efforts of ~20 people in
support of ~600 customer personnel for Phase I.
Program Manager / Application Developer Manager September 2006 to June 2009
• Lead Project Management services in support of the successful Intranet based Technology Portal and
the WSS Technology – Finance staffs.
• Project Managed teams averaging nine JPMC technologists plus offshore technologists from Satyam,
Infosys and Mphasis assisting the WSS Technology – Finance staff to develop various financial
projects, including a Technology Portal.
• Projects supported (totaled >$3MM) include Valued Holdings, Infomine, Revenue Drivers, Flow of
Funds, et al, as well as supported the Advantage Billing application.
• In partnership with Card Services and Infosys led a team to successfully demonstrate how automated
regression testing can produce up to a 52% ROI in year 1 and a 110% ROI in year 2.
• Was an instrumental contributor in evaluating, piloting and recommending the Blueprint
Requirements Definition tool to yield significant improvement in capturing quality business
requirements…
o Results: 56% reduction in application development rework by minimizing defects and for
every 30 projects implemented an average of ~$1M in savings achieved.

• Provided world class architectural and strategy solutions in support of the Retail Banking goal
toward standardizing information technology.
• Lead and managed an organization of Development personnel including Business, Application,
Information and Infrastructure Architects to promote the sharing, reuse and standardization of
information technology across 500+ Branches, 1800+ ATMs, Internet and Call Center Channels.
• Main accomplishments were a new/enhanced application solution (J2EE/Java), including the
establishment of comprehensive baseline architecture documentation, implementation of a
Knowledge Management Repository, established/communicated benefits of program
Componentization, Reuse and Convergence, as well as the development and publication of related
strategies, standards and best practices.
• Optimized integration and interoperability via state-of-the-art middleware, BPM, messaging, service
oriented architecture (SOA) as a major theme.
• Was a participating member of various boards and committees, including the Engineering Board
(Advisor), Architecture Board and Open Source Review Board.
• Organized and managed a team supporting the Small Business Banking line of business in their
technology/application system needs for a Sales workforce of 2,000 personnel. Also provided

• One of three cofounders of White Amber, Inc.(Venture Capital start-up & acquired by Taleo in
2003) responsible for formulating a technology vision and strategy to launch this new Human
Capital Management (HCM) business delivering a unique ASP (Application Service Provider) model
to Fortune 500 companies. Mission: This hosted application finds, manages and pays
contingent staff fills a void in human resources management. Customers: JP Morgan Chase,

• Championed and lead the architecture design and responsible for developing this Patent Pending
system which was widely recognized as a leading technological HCM solution.
• I spear-headed the technology vision, product development, data center operations and managed

• Lead a technology staff of 55 to build and support an application development infrastructure replete
with a standard application development methodology, development workbench and a process
centered around the migration of and integration with Peoplesoft (ERP) Financials and HRMS
software.
• The $200 Million project known as “CleanSheet” was housed on HP-UX/Oracle, MVS/DB2 and Sun
Microsystems platforms. The objective was to implement Peoplesoft ERP into the business replacing
hundreds of legacy applications in three distinct data centers.
• Projects required the establishment of a rigorous project management (within a challenging matrix
management environment) process to ensure all deliverables were properly resourced to meet
customer demands, expected dates and budget constraints.

• Managed a staff of 10 to 15 people performing technical design and application programming
