» Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and
monitored. Maintain active and prospective customer’s data base and providing the status to the management
via weekly review meetings and MIS.
» Seek regular feedback from customers after sales and measure customer’s satisfaction
» Keep customers informed about new product developments and technology
