Motivation depends on motives and motivating factors, making it a complex process. Studies show that student motivation increases when technology is used in instruction, as 87% of students ages 12-17 use the internet and 86% believe it helps them achieve better results. Most teachers realize students get motivated through technology without extra effort due to collaboration, impressive projects, and finding work more fun and invigorating. Motivation is the internal
feeling to accomplish a
particular goal. In a work
setting, motivation is what

Today virtually all people and scholars have
their own concept of motivation and they
include various terms like motives, needs wants,
drives,goals,wishes in defining motivation
the term motivation can be traced to the latin
word movere which means “to move” in
order to understand the concept of motivation

motivating, motivation

A motive is an inner state
that energises, activates,
or moves and that directs
behavior towards goals

Motivating is a term which
implies that one person
induces another, to engage in
action to do the work in a right
direction to satisfy both the
employer and the
organization.

Motivation depends on motives
and motivating ,therefore it
becomes a complex process .
For example – motivation is the
process to keep a person at work
in an organization motivation is
something that moves the person
to action and continues him in
