Yang comes to my mind, I think of an artist who has the astounding ability to splash many
brilliant colors to a canvas in an engaging way that brings me awe. In fact, she is known as a
pianist who sees music in a colorful way, and she brings those feelings to her music through her
very unique style of interpretation and disposition. She also has a way of drawing the audience
into the engaging musical world that she is pouring out on stage in such a way that causes you to

Joyce Yang powerfully emoted those characteristics at the
piano by playing in a serious, commanding manner as though she were playing a Russian piano
concerto with broad chords. The piano greatly filled the theater through her very big sound
which blew away many of the pianists in attendance because the particular piano that she played
on has a heavy action. Although heaviness can easily lead to harshness on the piano, Joyce Yang
showed absolutely none of that at all and made her deep parts very emotionally heart wrenching
instead which I really appreciated because it is not easy for some people to find that balance.
The third movement was played in a very light and carefree manner that felt very refreshing
because it gave the audience a break from the two previous fierce movements. It had a very
exotic, comedic, and dance like feel to it which Joyce Yang presented in a very fun way that
had my fingers wanting tapping the rhythm. In the final movement, she showcased some

charming innocence that reminded me of the third movement s mischievousness. I thought
that this movement would continue to be lighthearted until the end, but I was very deceived.

Abstract
Fault tolerance is the characteristic of a system that tolerates the class of failures. It will analysis the
performance and enables a system to continue its intended operation, possibly at a reduced level,
rather than failing completely, when some part of the system fails. The system as a whole is not
stopped due to problems either in the hardware or the software. [1][2] Fault tolerance is the ability for
software to detect and recover from a fault that is happening or has already happened in either the
software or hardware in the system in which the software is running in order to provide service in
accordance with the specification. [3]Fault tolerance is not a solution unto itself however, and it is
important to realize that software fault tolerance is just one piece necessary to create the next
generation of systems. A highly fault tolerance system might continue at the same level of
