1.Set the goal of the lesson which must be aimed to develop skills of oral
communication. Describe the audience in relation to the language proficiency
level (A2 – B1)
2.Select a topic for your lesson (Topic-based)
3.Think of a speaking activity which help language learners develop oral skills.
4. Highlight the macro skills of oral communication which will be fostered in
your lesson.
5.Design three different tasks to be implemented in the classroom.
6.Describe the learning and teaching procedures that will be carried out during
the lesson.
7.Prepare the necessary materials and resources according to the designed
tasks.
8.Design a rubric using descriptors in order to assess learners’ speaking
performance. (Aspect of Spoken Language)
9.Present your Micro Teaching in pairs and consider the characteristics of a
successful teaching activity.

Develop Oral Communication Skills for Language Learners A2-B1 Level

  • 2. 1.Set the goal of the lesson which must be aimed to develop skills of oral communication. Describe the audience in relation to the language proficiency level (A2 – B1) 2.Select a topic for your lesson (Topic-based) 3.Think of a speaking activity which help language learners develop oral skills. 4. Highlight the macro skills of oral communication which will be fostered in your lesson. 5.Design three different tasks to be implemented in the classroom. 6.Describe the learning and teaching procedures that will be carried out during the lesson. 7.Prepare the necessary materials and resources according to the designed tasks. 8.Design a rubric using descriptors in order to assess learners’ speaking performance. (Aspect of Spoken Language) 9.Present your Micro Teaching in pairs and consider the characteristics of a successful teaching activity.
