Most feedback was positive but some offered differing opinions. Overall, feedback helped make her final products appeal more to her target audience.

The chat section was decent considering it was improvised. The hosts discussed store-relevant topics and kept things on topic.
While the music choices were generally good with popular songs, the hosts found the genre and style less familiar. For future shows, they will improve the discussion and choose music they know better.
Presentation evaluation

Evaluation task 3

The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. Meg jd sports radio show review
- 1. JD Sports Radio Show Review On a whole we think our in-store radio show went well because it was a lot more fluent and professional. On terms of speech element I think we was better at talking and introducing tracks on this JD show as we had practiced loads for the previous E6 radio show and built up our confidence. When we held a focus group for our class so they could listen to our show and review it, the results came back mainly positive as it was based in a store where teenagers (our age) like to go, and the music was mixed so it had a bit of each genre for different types of people. However, the results from the review would be completely different if we were to ask various aged and classed people for their opinion. For example, if we asked an upper class elder adult what she/he thought of the show, they most likely would give negative feedback because they wouldn’t be interested in upbeat music played in a ‘low class’ store like JD. This is because many members of the public would say people that shop at JD sports are stereotypical ‘chavs’. We had lots of bright ideas for this show and we didn’t script it as much as we did for E6 radio so it sounded more natural and professional. E.g. instead of writing down what we’re going to say to introduce a song, we just did it off the top of our heads to make it flow more smoothly. The only thing we did script were the promotions and offers that we were announcing for the store to make sure it sounded serious and believable enough. My personal opinion was that it was easier to do the JD in store radio show because we didn’t have to do a 10minute speech element because it puts pressure on you to think of things to talk about on the spot. Due to this the show was more fluent overall which made it a lot more professional.
