1) The author believes their group did a reasonably good job presenting to a panel of professionals but could have been more confident and provided more information about their organization. 2) They received good feedback on one advert but criticism that another lacked depth. They were advised to better sell their organization and include more production details. 3) After incorporating feedback, they will practice their script to more clearly communicate their message and present with more confidence.

1. Evaluation
I believe that went reasonably well and that we did a good job in presenting our scripts and
ideas to the panel of professional that we presented too, I also believe that we all spoke
loud enough so that the clients could understand well what we were trying to get across.
However I think that we could’ve been a lot better if we had given the clients more
information about our organisation and what we are setting out to do, and if we had made
eye contact with the people we were presenting to as we are the ones trying to sell our
product to them and we weren’t as confident as we could’ve been towards them and
though we spoke loud enough we needed to speak a bit more clearly as we for a lot of the
presentation just looked down and spoke into our scripts instead of looking up and
projecting our voices clearly.
Also our Sixth form script needs a little work on it as we got praise for the school advert
being good but we received criticismfor the sixth form advert lacking depth and not being
as persuasive as the school advert. And from the feedback that we received we found out
that we needed to sell our script and organisation more to them and show them what sets
us apart from other organisations, more information about how our customers would
contact the school and we also didn’t include our Production schedule for the day of
recording so we would need to add that to our presentation so that the panel has an idea of
what we will be doing on the day of recording. And lastly we could probably include more
information about the equipment and actors that we would use as our list on our
PowerPoint was a bit scarce and we would use a lot more equipment than what we listed.
However following our presentation we will use the clients thoughts to make changes
before we go out and record, these will be making sure we practice our script so that we can
clearly get across our message and to be more confident in reading our script in our actual
recording as the panel identified that we needed to be more confident when reading our
script.
Post production of the advert.
If we had produced our adverts again I would either have gotten someone with a more
enthusiastic voice than our actors or got them to speak a little more enthusiastically
because in our adverts we weren’t enthusiastic enough and therefore it makes the advert a
little bit dull and I think that could potentially make it harder to make people come to
Ringwood sixth form and school because the advert doesn’t reflect the school environment
that well.
James Had the best school advert because he puts the music with the Actors voice really
well and I think that it really would persuade people to come to Ringwood School and the
information in the advert is very clear.
Eren had the best sixth form advert as similarly he had fit the music with the actors voice
really well and also made it really easy to understand what the actor is trying to say in the
advert.
We used our production plan during the recording so that we made sure we stayed on track
and made sure that we achieved our targets on time so that we wouldn’t fall behind, it also

helped us stay on track as we knew that we needed to do certain things before a certain
time and that motivated us to do this by our target.
We used our risk assessment to identify the risk that we faced when going into the RSR
studio and we made sure that when we went into studio things like cables were put to the
side where they couldn’t trip people up and that no one bought any liquid substance such as
water into the studio so that there wouldn’t be the chance of it spilling onto the equipment
and electrocuting anyone.
What went well?
We all worked well together as a team and this made sure that we were able to finish all
tasks before the pitch so that we had enough time to practice the pitch so that we were
comfortable with it and we all knew what we had to say, and the fact that we all worked
together also helped us to efficiently produce the adverts after receiving the feedback from
the panel.
What could’ve gone better?
We could’ve distributed the jobs better throughout our group as some people were doing
multiple jobs for the group while others were doing very little and if we did it again I would
make sure that the jobs aware more evenly distributed throughout the group so that some
members of the group don’t have to do way more than other members of the group. Also id
we did it again I would make sure that we practiced our presentation more as we weren’t as
confident as we could’ve been and the panel picked up on this. And finally if we did this
again I would make sure that we made our adverts more enthusiastic as our actor could’ve
done a better job of making the adverts interesting as it would’ve been more appealing to
audiences.
