Looking back at these six weeks of Psychology, I have learned plenty of things from
this course. I have learned a lot of information on topics, and theories that will be
applied to my life and to other people in the future. The concepts we learned in this

Kokomo has more restaurants,grocery stores,etc. The biggest attraction in my
opinion to Kokomo is the Markland mall which has a variety things to buy there.
What I think we should do is put a mall of our own in Miami County. This would
save people the drive all the out to Kokomo to buy anything, but just a mall is only
going to supply clothes,shoes,and things along that line.
We also need a better grocery store. Kroger is a good place but is not close to Sam s
Club or a Wal Mart s of food and items. How I think we could fit all these stores in is

a mall. The people working in the old shops could now work in the new ones. This

Pupil premium:
One core theme that derives from the fieldwork frequently is pupil premium. All
respondents were asked, which policy if any, would you say has been the most
effective at promoting educational attainment among pupils from economically
deprived areas? (Question 4). All respondents answered pupil premium as being the
most effective policy. Respondents A, B and D all argued that the extra funding
helped to promote education attainment among pupils from economically deprived
backgrounds through more staff, additional facilities and funds for students. The data
drawn from table 4.2 supports earlier literature on pupil premium.
As previously stated, this extra funding ensures that schools with deprived pupils
enroled have enough resources as tools to succeed in education. Relating back to
Table 4.2, respondents A and D both state funding for staff, this is further supported
by Carpenter et al (2013) who argue that the policy contributes highly to additional
staff and teachers have perceived this to be very effective. This is particularly

This theory holds that self esteem serves as a buffer, protecting people from

high self esteem oversees that we will not have anxiety over our inevitable death. I
