to lack time and to be late compared to the official class syllabus. The students were
able to accomplished the job by equally dividing the time into two. The first

This lab will record the growth process of embryo rescue in a hormone free media.
The results on the percentages of attempts that resulted in the isolation of an intact
embryo was 33%. This is due to the fact that this was the first time that I performed
an embryo rescue, and made a few mistakes along the way. The first mistake that
occurred was that I cut too deep into the endosperm, and cut into the embryo itself (a
