2. INTRODUCTION

Make-up classes are extra classes which are taken by
the teachers other than regular classes. These
arranged classes create many problems for student as
well as management system. Girls are the main
victim of such classes. The absenteeism of the student
increase due to these classes because they come to
university regular for taking classes on fixed time but
other than these classes which are arranged very late
time specially girls not afford to take very late time
classes so it will increase their attendance issues.
However boys have also issues on their jobs due to
these classes if they come to take classes then their
job issues raised. So many students are faced many
problems due to these extra arranged classes.

class schedule is crucial for both teachers and
students. Teachers treat students like their
children. Students are the key of success, so
teachers have to trained them in such a way that
the work hard for the prosperity of the country. The
pillar to success is based on educated youth, so all
teachers should be focused on their bright future
and make them well educated so they serves for
