• In the planning process of an in-service training, need
analysis is usually disregarded which causes the
incorrect usage of time, money and human resources,
and also leads to decrease the motivation and
excitement of the participants
• In-service training programs should be carried out
effectively in which trainers and teachers can work
collaboratively instead of including just lectures. This
approach might lead to understand the teachers better,
analyze their teaching practice and provide them a
more effective and significant professional development
