1. Not concentrating
We tend to allow our mind to think about other thing
while listening something.

Trying to catch every word of the speaker than the main
idea.

We are so sure about the speaker’s message before listen it, or
else we prejudice that the speaker has nothing valuable to say.

We tend to focus on speaker’s personal appearance and delivery
instead of his/her message.
