LESSON PLAN Nº 5
OBJETIVES:
- To revise and produce the school objects (chair, pen, pencil, table, bag, book, rubber and crayon).
- To revise and produce the numbers from 1 to 14.
- To revise and produce the colours.
- To revise classroom instructions.
ROUTINES:
“Hello” song, check the weather, moods, “Goodbye” song.
WARM UP:
We will startthe lessonbysingingthe “Hello” song. After that, we will give each student a piece of cardboard with
theirnames,sothat we can recognize them more easily. Then, we will check the weather using the flashcards and
immediately after that we will ask the students how they feel today, using a ball.
2. ACTIVITY 1:
Type of interaction:groupwork.

a) We will give studentsflashcardsfromthe classroomobjects,numbersandcolours.
b) We will say“Colours!”andall the childrenwhohave flashcardsof the colourswill have tostandupand say

a) We will give students blank sheets of papers so as to make a draw and colour activity.
b) We will give students the instructions orally and they have to draw and colour what we say. For example:

rubber pink and blue”. “Draw three crayons. Colour the crayons green, yellow and orange.” “Draw a bag.
Colour the bag purple and yellow.”

3. ACTIVITY 5: Spot the differences.

a) We will draw 2 backpacks with same/different classroom objects. The drawings are the same but some
things are different.
b) We will divide studentsinto2groups.Each group will have tolookat theircard, but theydon’t have to show
it to the other group.
c) We will ask them to say:
Group 1: I have one red pencil.
Group 2: (same) –and adds- I have two yellow crayons.
Group 1: (different) I have three red crayons.
ACTIVITY 6: Game: “Blackboard Draw Relay”.
