Administrative Support Assistant to the Director, Assistant Director and staff members of Financial
Aid for World Campus and Continuing Education. In this role I perform the following challenging
missions of:
 Manage the director’, assistant director and staff member’s calendars, prepare folders, meeting
agendas and send out meeting updates, prepare travel and expenses and reconcile department’s
expenses.
 Support the director’s team members with meetings, interview preparation and scheduling, travel
and expenses for each.
 Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and prepare agendas as needed for the
department.
 Reconcile the department’s expenses by preparing expense reports, P-Card support forms, and
reconciling IBIS transactions.
 Multi-task the demands of day-to-day functions, with minimal direction along with competing
priorities.
 Provides a positive, energetic and out-going personality that builds rapore with all levels of

 Read, filter and organize e-mail, prioritize, and provide a first line of support.

Administrative Support Assistant II 4/2012 to 10/2013
Supported the Advising & Learner Success and Student Enrollment Services Departments in various
day-to-day functions for Outreach World Campus and Continuing Education. Organized all aspects of the
front office from phone coverage and greeting customers to maintaining schedules for several office staff
and scheduling conference rooms. Coordinated travel for both departments and other office staff as
requested. Prepared and submited expense reports for each after travel had ended. Assisted with
setting up meetings, calendaring and other duties as requested by management or staff.
 Served as first point of contact for management, staff and students calling or visiting the office.
Efficiently operated the front desk area and provided prompt, courteous and knowledgeable

Administrative Support Assistant II 7/2009 to 4/2012
Supported the AF4Q Team Project in various functions for the center. Organized all travel aspects for
internal employees and external investigators, as well as preparing and submitting expense reports for
each after travel had ended. Assisted with set up of various meetings throughout the year, which
included meeting logistics, scheduling travel, preparing meeting documents/binders and preparing and
submitting expenses.
 Assisted with meeting preparation for internal employees and external investigators for the AF4Q
In-Person meeting, as well as the National Meeting twice per year. Scheduled travel and prepared
expense reports for each.
 Coordinated/scheduled Domain/Task Force AF4Q conference calls for ten groups involving six to
twelve people per group three times per year.
 Developed a Domain/Task Force AF4Q conference call schedule with all call information, as well
as developed a work procedure protocol for scheduling/canceling team calls.
 Maintained the AF4Q Evaluation Team Directory, including eight investigators, PSU staff,
consultants, and members of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the George Washington
University, the Center for Health Improvement and the seventeen sites.
 Supported the Qualitative Data Manager in organizing AF4Q projects.

In this role I perform the following challenging missions of:  Manage the director’, assistant director and staff member’s calendars, prepare folders, meeting agendas and send out meeting updates, prepare travel and expenses and reconcile department’s expenses.  Support the director’s team members with meetings, interview preparation and scheduling, travel and expenses for each.  Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and prepare agendas as needed for the department.  Reconcile the department’s expenses by preparing expense reports, P-Card support forms, and reconciling IBIS transactions.  Multi-task the demands of day-to-day functions, with minimal direction along with competing priorities.  Provides a positive, energetic and out-going personality that builds rapore with all levels of management.  Read, filter and organize e-mail, prioritize, and provide a first line of support.  Presently a member of the Outreach & Online Education Administrative Support Professionals and Operations Administrative groups.  Active member of the Administrative Professional Today.  Planning membership in the Outreach Toastmasters club.  Recently completed the Administrative Professional Series, Level II.
