Licensing Administrator
Primary function is to perform all license processing, maintenance, and verifications for the agency,
producers, and agents licensees. In control of required annual report filings and tax filings to ensure
agency is in good standing. Responsibilities are as follows;
 Ensuring all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing
paperwork; a critical responsibility as all initial licensing is time sensitive.
 Research Licensing requirements which may require extensive contact with the Secretary of
State for Non-Resident licenses.
 Working directly with producers/agents to gather all necessary items for the initial licensing.
 Scan and record data information into EPIC for record keeping purposes.
