2.  A SMS (School Management System) aims to maintain all
the activity related to school.
 SMS is a powerful system which allows schools to handle
their whole organization through the web, anytime from
anywhere in the world.
 This system provides efficient procedures to manage
workflow in all collaborative environments.
 It helps produce the connections between school,
instructors, learners and mother and father in a most
effective way.

This project provides the school event and all the activity related
information, display latest news. It also provides the facility for
sending message to parents regarding student activity. This
system is to managing the student information and faculty
details. This project provide privilege facility for security
purpose and provide log in facility according to designation and
restrict the unauthorized used, if the user is admin then only it
can modify the data.

4.  The project has login access for student, parents,
teachers and admin. In today modern rush hour of the
life is the difficult for a parent to go to school of his/her
child every time a teacher calls. But this school
management system, it can be easier for parent and a
teacher to be in touch every day. As a matter of fact, it
can also easier for each individual person who is
associated with the system to be in touch as per needed.
 The main purpose using computerized system is to
avoid manual problems and also documentation
storage problem we can’t maintain long period data
that’s why we used computerized system to overcome all
problem related to school’s data storing and other arias.

5.  To provide student detailed information and faculty details.
 To make administration procedure fast and easy.
 To inform student with time to time event information and notices.
 To inform parents about student activities through email.
 To generate separate student, teacher and parent login Id and password.
 To send the message to particular students and their parents.
 To inform the student about current class schedule.
 To manage the attendance of the student of each month
 To provide library and media features to the student.
 To give the update about the assignment on particular subject.
 To provide student to interact with the teacher.
 To makes online exams and interactive quiz on certain date.
 To notify the student about the exams date and schedule.
 To provide the details of the payments of the student.

6. In the current system we need to keep a number of records
related to the student, teacher and want to enter the details of
the student manually. In this system only the teacher or the
school authority views the detail of the student and they want
to enter the details of the student. This is time consuming and
has much cost. Here the parents have to visit the school for
their student information.
The student are not able to get the daily updated information
while he/she is absent, therefore there is no login facilities for
the students. They will not able to get the assignment that they
have to complete in that case.

7. In our proposed system we have facilities for adding the
details of the students by themselves. So the overhead of the
school authorities become less.
The system is that it is very easy to edit the details of the
student and delete a student when it found unnecessary.
In the system we have separate login for teachers, students
and parents.
The system has also includes the library features and media
centres.
The system has unique features of messaging the user
privately or to particular users.

8. The user can get the details of class schedule, assignments
and task.
The system has features to conduct online Exams and
provide grades online and details of upcoming exams.
This project provides the school event and all the activity
related information, display latest news.
The system has provides the detail of payments done by the
students and the pending payment.
