Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2023)
• To be promoted to Producer at Pipeworks Studios.
‣ The KPI to measure this is that I am offered a Producer
role on my own project by or before I graduate in May of
2023 I plan on achieving this by displaying strong
leadership qualities in my current role and continuing to
maintain my 4.0 GPA.
Mid Term: (2030)
• To be promoted to a Director level position at a studio.
‣ The KPI to measure this goal is that I am working
toward filling my qualification gaps by obtaining my
PMP by 2023 by studying 1 hour each day and Master’s
degree by 2025.
Long Term: (2037)
• To be running my down game studio.
‣ The KPI to measure this is that I continue to build my
network by making 4 LinkedIn connections an month
and fill any leadership gaps by attending leadership
trainings and seminars. The KPIs for my previous goals
all roll into this. My goal is to be in a position to
approach investors by 2035.
