2. IDENTITY
Growing up on the island of Puerto Rico I learned
about hard work and not being complacent at an
early age. I was properly introduced to basketball at
the age of 12 and immediately fell in love with the
game. Later, I joined the United States Army as a
behavioral health technician, where the values of
discipline, empathy, and teamwork were instilled in
me. These two experiences motivate me to strive to be
the best version of myself and try to inspire others. I
currently work as a videographer and photographer
for real estate and events. I developed a passion for
video production and want to pursue it in the sports
world.

5. GOALS
Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2025)
• I want to increase my personal connections and grow my personal
brand. I want to have done an internship by this point.
‣ By this stage I want to have at least doubled my LinkedIn

YouTube, and TikTok. In 2 years, I need 200 to 400 new
connections in each platform.
Mid Term: (2030)
• My mid-term goal is to have been working for a Broadcasting or
sports media company for at least 3 years.
‣ After graduation I want to start gaining experience in the
industry. My midterm goal is to have a minimum of 3
years, worth of experience.
Long Term: (2040)
• My long-term goal is to be a Producer or Director in the sports
industry.
‣ With 15 years, worth of experience in the industry my goal
at this stage is to have directed or produced a sports
broadcast. The minimum is to have done the work once,
ideally, I want to hold a director or producer position at this
point.
