This document outlines a course project to improve the sales and marketing process at Lead 360, Inc. through a Kaizen workshop. The organization is facing stagnated sales and needs to boost revenues. A Kaizen workshop following the Deming cycle of plan, do, check, act will be conducted to identify problems, root causes, and solutions. Participants will brainstorm issues, prioritize them, and develop an action plan to address the highest priority problems. The goal is to motivate the team and instill a culture of continuous improvement to enhance sales and marketing performance.
