For all my education, experience, and enthusiams I have had the opportunity to enjoy thanks to many friends, mentors, teachers, and some wonderful employers, I find myself constantly amazed at how much there is still to learn about people, performance, improvement, and systems/process. I have been blessed with "glasses" of Lean/Six Sigma, Human Performance Technology, Learning & Development, HR/Organizational Development, Sociology, History, and my faith.
