He is currently the Convention Service Manager at Caribe Royale Orlando where he manages groups from 10 to 2,500 attendees and handles all aspects of meeting, exhibit, and food and beverage requirements. Prior to his current role, he held various management and analyst roles at several hotels in Orlando, Florida where he gained experience in budgeting, forecasting, database management, and client services.
