• Client product/Service analysis through market survey/research
• Segmentation of campaign according to the requirement and financial capability of client.
• To provide “ quality” and prompt service as per the client perception (value for money)
• Retention of the existing client (“Word of mouth” for agency)
• Responding to customer inquires and make sure that any problem they are facing is solved.

  • 1. Duties and Responsibility For Post ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR Presented to: Corporate
  • 2. Mission “To increase the sales volume for the organization and maximize the profit by retaining the existing client and generate the new one”
  • 3. Objective RS • Client product/Service analysis through market survey/research • Segmentation of campaign according to the requirement and financial capability of client. • To provide “ quality” and prompt service as per the client perception (value for money) • Retention of the existing client (“Word of mouth” for agency) • Responding to customer inquires and make sure that any problem they are facing is solved.
  • 5. Role In Retaining Client RS

RS . • Build the personal relationship with the client • Provide the “value for money” job to the client • Maintaining the database of client: Costing, Media Plan, Creative and research (both hard and soft copy) • Develop the client brief and provide valuable insights as per the client requirement. • External Market analysis ( PEST)
