I began in a Sales/Marketing position and as the company grew my organizational and management
skills quickly led me to fill the role of Business Manager, and then Director of Operations. In these
roles I worked closely with the President to strategize the future direction of the company, as it grew
from a staff of 4 with one million in sales to a staff of 10 with a projected seven million in sales. My

I was hired to perform a combination of direct sales, marketing and administrative support. Within
a year I became the Marketing manager, and worked closely with the owners of the company to
present our brand in the best way.

advertising campaigns, and email campaigns

Between 2004 and 2007 I had a variety of jobs, navigating a difficult economy and a
tight job market. I worked as a veterinary receptionist, interacting with the public in
person and on the phone. I created the art department/service bureau for a start up
printshop. I worked in the art department for our local newspaper. I worked for a glass
studio. It was an interesting time of growth and expansion of my knowledge-base
which led to a solid career path.

1999 - 2004
I was hired as a production artist, became a senior designer and then Art Director within two years.
In this role I was responsible for creative continuity, design accuracy, monitoring market trends and
promoting efficiency throught out the company.
