This document describes the design and fabrication of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). The ATV was designed from a two-wheeler to have four wheels for improved stability at slower speeds off-road. The design considerations included withstanding various loads, providing steering control, and incorporating front and rear suspension systems. Key parts of the ATV design include the front structure with steering mechanism and independent front suspension, rear axle and mono-shock rear suspension, and hydraulic disc brakes on the rear wheels. Fabrication of the ATV was done according to the design, and tests were performed to ensure reliability for off-road use.

Braking is a process which converts the kinetic energy of the automobile into mechanical energy for arresting the rotation of the road wheels which must be dissipated in the form of heat.

Time Reduction and Upgrading of Balancing Machine for ImpellerIJTET Journal
The aim of our project was to upgrade a balancing machine. By making suitable external arrangements in the existing balancing machine, the operation time of the machine is curtailed, which in turn increases the productivity of the machine as well as dwindle human effort. It took minimum of a few hours to align the base of the motor bed in the balancing machine. L-angle plate, with a guide, key and disc brake are the extraneous arrangements in balancing machine.
This is a Major Project Report successfully done at DVRCET under the guidance of Mechanical Engineering Department & the Managing Director of NIRAJA TECHNOLOGIES located at Uppal (Hyderabad).
An automotive jack is a device used to raise all or part of a vehicle into the air in order to facilitate repairs. Most people are familiar with the basic car jack (manually operated) that is still included as standard equipment with most new cars. These days, a car jack is an important tool to have in our vehicle due to unknown upcoming event such as flat tire in our journey. Even so, people who like to rotate their tires themselves or who may install snow tires before the winter and remove them in the spring need to use a jack to perform the job. Changing a flat tire is not a very pleasant experience. Women have a much lighter skeleton that means, among other things, woman can’t pull more forces as well as men and are at greater risk of skeletal injuries. Usually the car purposely tries to get a flat tire at the least opportune moments.
Design and fabrication of gearbox with inboard braking of an all terrain vehicleabdul mohammad
We design, build and test an off-road race vehicle each year. During this season, a customized gearbox with inboard braking is typically designed as a reduction after the Continuously Variable Transmission. A preliminary design was first prepared keeping in the mind, the guidelines and rules issued by SAE. Indian standards for driver space and ergonomic preference transmission type was selected and designed according to requirements of the driver. Hence after ensuring safety, the design was finalised and fabricate it. Moreover, the axle braking is to slow down or stop the vehicle safely and effectively by converting kinetic energy into heat. It is the one of the main safety of a vehicle. The goal of the project is to develop a lightweight, compact gear reduction that will increase the efficiency and durability of the vehicle. And also, in addition we have provided hydraulic braking for the drive shaft (i.e. known as inboard braking) for which the calliper is mounted to the gearbox itself. The pedal must actuate the master cylinder without any usage of cables and should be capable of locking four wheels in static condition and dynamically on paved and unpaved surfaces. While designing a brake system for a vehicle that can produce adequate braking force to meet competition regulations while being as light as possible. A budget, timeline, proof of design, fabrication and testing will also incorporate in the report.

Abstract Wheels are the main components of the car. The wheels with tires provide the better cushioning effect to the car. Without engine a car may be towed but at the same time a car cannot be towed without wheels. . The main requirement of the vehicle or automobile tires are it must be perfect to perform its all the functions. Reverse engineering is a good method to redesign the old component. The wheels have to pass different tests for best performance like static analysis, vibration analysis etc. In this project a wheel was considered for the analysis. During the part of the thesis project aluminium alloy was carried out for the FEA analysis. Design is an important manufacturing activity which provides the quality of the product. The 3-dimensional model of the alloy wheel was designed by using the technology reverse engineering. The 3-dimensional model was designed in the modelling software CATIA v5.and further it was imported to the ANSYS 15.0 by using IGES format. The finite element analysis of the model was meshed by using 10 node tetrahedron solid element. The static condition was chosen for the analysis. This was constrained in all degree of freedom at the bolt. The pressure was applied on the outer rim surface of the alloy wheel. In the analysis, the results of the equivalent stress, safety factor, and deformation were calculated. In this analysis the von-misses stress were below the yield strength. This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
