Automatic Railway Gate Control System Using Androidijtsrd
The project is designed to control over the railway level crossing gate using Android mobile phone by the gate keeper. Opening and closing of railway level crossing gate involves manpower, which could be often causes incorrect leading to accidents. This system prevents the need of any human involvement at the railway level crossing. This system involves opening and closing of the level crossing gate by using an Android app. This Remote operation is achieved by any smart-phone Tablet etc., with Android OS, upon a Graphical User Interface based touch screen operation. A Bluetooth device is interfaced with the system. When the gate keeper sent command to close from the Android application device when the train is approaching at the level crossing to the Bluetooth device which while supply to the microcontroller, sends an output signal which activates a mechanism to switch on the motor to close the gate. To open the gate, another command needs to be sent for the microcontroller to open the gate using motor driver integrated circuit. In this project we use a microcontroller of 8051 families, and the input to its Bluetooth device which takes command from the user Android application. The output to microcontroller is given to a motor by using a motor driver integrated circuit for some required operation. Abstract : Today in the real time world, so many type of transports are available like, flights, trains, buses, but majority of the people doing their travelling in trains only because due to less amount of charge for long time journey and at the same time it is more comfortable also. For those people we have to provide the safety journey, so the government has to take the responsibility for this. Although the government has taken necessary steps to safe journey but due to some reasons the accidents will happens. One of the major accidents in the railways networks are occurs due to track side faults. The track side fault means it will occur as natural or artificial. To avoid this we are going to design the automated engine model. In this design the engine should be automated and it is connected to the RF Rays. The automation techniques are based on two nodes, Track side node and Station side node. The proposed scheme has been modelled for Automation Engines in the Indian railway networks alone. Hence Sensing and calculation part of process is handled by Arduino/AVR board. All of this is implemented with help of PC based user interface developed in C#. In a typical user interface speed control is achieved with help of trackBar and speed monitoring with help of Text window, was we get direct readout of current speed in RPM. A Line Follower Robot is an autonomous robot which is able to follow either a black or white line that is drawn on the surface consisting of a contrasting color. It is designed to move automatically and follow the made plot line. The path can be visible like a black line on a white surface or it can be invisible like a magnetic field. It will move in a particular direction Specified by the user and avoids the obstacle which is coming in the path. Autonomous Intelligent Robots are robot that can perform desired tasks in unstructured environments without continuous human guidance. It is an integrated design from the knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineering. LDR sensors based line follower robot design and Fabrication procedure which always direct along the black mark on the white surface. The robot uses several sensors to identify the line thus assisting the bot to stay on the track. The robot is driven by DC motors to control the movements of the wheels.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
