This document proposes a digital vehicle identification and paperless driver system using wireless technology. The system would identify vehicles using wireless transceivers attached to vehicles that transmit details like license plate and owner info. Transceivers at public places like tolls would receive this and verify vehicle authenticity by checking a centralized database. It would also detect unauthorized entry attempts and stolen vehicles by monitoring communication between interior and exterior transceivers. The location of stolen vehicles could be tracked via GPS and sent as SMS alerts to the owner and police. This system aims to improve vehicle security, reduce paperwork for drivers, and assist in controlling illegal activities. It was tested successfully in identifying vehicles and sending theft alerts via SMS.
In this research paper, we are focusing on automobile thief evidence giving and recovery of stolen vehicles. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce new system i.e. automatic thief evidence giving system in automobile. In this system we are using IR (Infrared) pair. Transmitter of IR pair is placed at driver’s seat and receiver is placed on speedometer in such a way that they will correspond to each other. Whenever person sits on driving seat and starts the car, power supply automatically will get to the circuit mounted inside the car and circuit gets started. As circuit is on, light emitted by transmitter will not be received by receiver mounted in circuit on speedometer, as the person is sitting on driving seat, therefore it creates barrier between transmitter and receiver. Now the generated signals go to circuit and camera will automatically turned on and starts to capture the three pictures in short span. This captured picture will send to the owner of the car in the form of MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service). Then owner receives MMS and decides the person driving the car is known personality or not. If not, then owner will report to the police with evidence of picture got via MMS. Therefore, it will be easy task for police department to find thief and stolen vehicles. So this system would be very helpful to the owner and police department too. Therefore, use of automatic thief identification system in automobile will increase the recovery of stolen vehicle.

This paper presents a novel approach for the computerization of driving license test system. In existing automated track has been implemented which includes in a driving test a candidate applying for license have to drive over all closed loop path in front of the authorities. He / She should be able to drive over the path without any support by resting his / her foot on the vehicle or land surface. If the candidate fails to do, he / she will be disqualified. The authorities will be watching the candidate manually. In proposed system, No authorities are needed for checking the candidates .Various sensors has been utilized for watching the candidate fails to their foot in the vehicle by differential output from the sensor can be monitored .The sensors installed are Load Sensor for checking the rest of foot on the vehicle or land surface .Smoke Sensor for checking the amount of smoke released while the accelerator raised. Grip Sensor for maintaining the gear speed. Gyroscope (Accelerometer Sensor) for checking whether the candidate drives the vehicle in correct direction or not. One approach to eliminate the authentication of vehicles by non-licensed persons is to use a smart vehicle authentication technique for vehicles. This authentication is done by the fingerprint scanner which is the most secure system for vehicle and the smart license card which has the biometric details in it, the vehicle will start if the details in both the license and the fingerprint matches else it won’t. This will stop the authentication of vehicles by non-licensed persons. Another problem is that the many person are not aware of their vehicle insurance due dates. The most popular existing system to monitor the due dates is by the GSM technique but it has lots of disadvantages. To eliminate those disadvantages the Wi-Fi system is used to send intimations. So that the person can pay the due on date without any penalty.

This work is intended to deliver an intelligent traffic system using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. It designed and implemented in a way where fines are autonomously registered. In addition, a mobile app was built to assist traffic officers managing their field works. Low cost equipment’s have been used such as RFID technology, passive tags, processing unit (personal computer), and a connection system. First stage is represented by collecting data using the RFID, where it reads any identified tag that attached with vehicles. Next, a certain data are transmitted to the server using internet network communication system. The server is responsible for processing these data according to a pre-defined rules. Finally, police officers can use the mobile app to perform several tasks according the processed data such as monitoring a specific car, register a new car ID and others.

Abstract: Parking vehicle in proper place is a major problem. One can unknowingly or by mistake park his/her vehicle in no parking area. If RTO officer, an authorized person by RTO, finds your vehicle in no parking area; it is seized by them. To find out where your vehicle is actually bought after the procedure is very difficult and time consuming task. To avoid such inconvenience an alert system is designed. If RTO officer finds a vehicle in no parking area, he will show his identity with the help of RFID card; and the text message being generated by GSM to inform vehicle owner about the actions taken to his/her vehicle against parking a vehicle in no parking area. The text message consists of information about the station where vehicle is to be placed after the whole procedure as well as payment link by RTO is provided to do online transactions. After the message received to owner, if he/she is able to reach the place where he/she parked the vehicle, then owner can reply to the system. So that the officer will wait for owner and no need to take the further actions of seize. Owner will pay fine and get off the vehicle from no parking area. Other than authorized users if someone tries to uplift the vehicle, accelerometer sensor sense the dimensions. Buzzer is provided to system to alert owner as well as people nearby to get attention towards vehicle that something suspicious happening with it. Along with buzzer an alert message, via GSM, is send to owner of the system.

Delays (long queues) and accuracy in fares are the main problems faced by the users. Many solutions are proposed to solve this problem but all have their own drawbacks. In this paper a new solution is proposed based on Near Field Communication (NFC) which makes the payment system reliable and easy.

Smart Security System for Automobiles using IoTijtsrd
The transportation system has been a bit of a progressing of individuals. One cannot picture the presence without vehicles. To suit the gigantic number of people, the amount of vehicles furthermore has been extended rapidly. This moreover incited an extended number of disasters. The incident evading gauges used now day by day are in general static and old. In like manner, there is no real disaster area framework. This assessment proposes Smart Vehicle Monitoring System and SVMS for the early ID of accidents and to hinder thefts. SVMS uses IoT development to screen the vehicle tenaciously and to access and control remotely. The IoT gadgets put in vehicles are organized using Raspberry Pi RPi that knows about sensors to distinguish incidents immediately. The RPi is moreover acquainted with a camera to find the earnestness of the setback. To recognize the earnestness, SVMS uses an AI based picture request model. Right when the setbacks happen the SVMS remembers it expeditiously and finds the reality of the accident. By then, the system will instantly light up that to the authorities. Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
