This document compares the analysis, design, and cost estimation of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structures for a proposed two-story college building. Both RC and steel structural models are created in ETABS and STAAD Pro software. Loads, bending moments, shear forces, and reactions are calculated and compared. The steel structure is found to have higher bending moments but lower shear forces compared to the RC structure. The steel structure also has a lower dead load, smaller member sizes, and requires less construction time. A cost estimation shows the steel structure to have a lower total construction cost. The document concludes the steel structure would be more suitable for the two-story building due to its cost and construction advantages over the RC structure.

Optimisation of earth quake response of tall building by using different fram...eSAT Journals
Abstract In India reinforced concrete structures are mostly used since this is the most convenient & economic system for low-rise buildings. However, for medium to high-rise buildings this type of structure is no longer economic because of increased dead load, less stiffness, span restriction and hazardous formwork. So the Structural engineers are facing the challenge of striving for the most efficient and economical design solution. Also Earthquake engineering should be extended to the design of earthquake sensitive tall buildings. Use of composite material is of particular interest, due to its significant potential in improving the overall performance through rather modest changes in manufacturing and constructional technologies. In India, many consulting engineers are reluctant to accept the use of composite steel-concrete structure because of its unfamiliarity and complexity in its analysis and design. But literature says that if properly configured, then composite steel-concrete system can provide extremely economical structural systems with high durability, rapid erection and superior seismic performance characteristics. This paper discusses Optimization of Earth quack response of tall building by using different types of framing system over the height of the building . So to optimize the earth quack response, a Ten story Combined model ( R.C.C, Composite and Steel frames) is developed and analyzed by using ETABS ; it proves that the combined model is better option. Key Words: Composite structure, Tall Building and Steel structures

Comparative Study on Construction Sequence Analysis on Steel Structure withou...ijtsrd
This paper presents the construction sequence analysis on the setback steel structure. In this study, the proposed building is eleven storey setback steel structure. The length of the proposed building is 78ft and width is 66ft. The effective height of proposed building is 142ft. This building is located in seismic destructive zone V, Mandalay. The basic wind speed is 80mph. The structure is composed of special moment resisting frame SMRF . Structural elements are designed according to AISC 360 10. Load consideration and stability checking for proposed building are based on ASCE 7 10. The proposed building is analysed and designed with the help of ETABS 2016 version 16.2.1 software. After response spectrum analysis RSA has done for the checking of the stability, then construction sequence analysis CSA is considered. And then the structural analysis results of the proposed building are studied such as axial force, shear force and bending moment of the structural frame elements. The effect of floating columns with CSA on axial force for the selected columns of proposed building is more influence from first to sixth floor level. The value of shear force with CSA is abruptly increased at the floated columns level and the other level are gradually decreased. The value of bending moment at the floated columns level is abruptly increased due to the effect of floating columns with CSA and the other level are gradually decreased. Design of midship section based on hydrostatic and hydrodynamic loadsISAAC SAMUEL RAJA T
The ship hull is the major part of the ship which
forms the skeleton of ships bottom structure. There is a need
for the naval architects and engineers to make the hull a super
strong structure by making the hull heavier to withstand
heavy loads (which may not be needed for certain offshore
conditions). If the mass of the ship increases, then the
propulsive power of the hull decreases. So, the work
concentrated on determination of effective thickness of the
hull structure is important. Various mid ship sections of 120m
container ship are modelled in Solidworks software and
analysed with alloy steel, titanium alloy, and aluminium alloy
in Solidworks simulation 2014 tool. Dead weight of the ship,
hydrodynamic loads and hydrostatic loads were consideration
during structural simulation. Best mid ship section with
optimum thickness and suitable material is determined.

Using recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) for pavements is crucial to achieving sustainability. Implementing RCA for new pavement can minimize carbon footprint, conserve natural resources, reduce harmful emissions, and lower life cycle costs. Compared to natural aggregate (NA), RCA pavement has fewer comprehensive studies and sustainability assessments.

Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.
Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

It consists of cw radar and fmcw radar ,range measurement,if amplifier and fmcw altimeterThe CW radar operates using continuous wave transmission, while the FMCW radar employs frequency-modulated continuous wave technology. Range measurement is a crucial aspect of radar systems, providing information about the distance to a target. The IF amplifier plays a key role in signal processing, amplifying intermediate frequency signals for further analysis. The FMCW altimeter utilizes frequency-modulated continuous wave technology to accurately measure altitude above a reference point.
