This document discusses an application that provides backup and restore capabilities across multiple devices. The application uses techniques like Selenium WebDriver and CRIU to backup application data to the cloud. It then allows users to restore application states on different systems. The architecture involves backing up data from user devices to the cloud. When restoration is requested, the relevant backed up data is retrieved from the cloud to restore the application state, allowing users to resume tasks. The document evaluates restoring states of text editors, program executions, and web application content and sessions.
The adoption of cloud environment for various application uses has led to security and privacy concern of user’s data. To protect user data and privacy on such platform is an area of concern.
Many cryptography strategy has been presented to provide secure sharing of resource on cloud platform. These methods tries to achieve a secure authentication strategy to realize feature such as self-blindable access tickets, group signatures, anonymous access tickets, minimal disclosure of tickets and revocation but each one varies in realization of these features. Each feature requires different cryptography mechanism for realization. Due to this it induces computation complexity which affects the deployment of these models in practical application. Most of these techniques are designed for a particular application environment and adopt public key cryptography which incurs high cost due to computation complexity.
To address these issues this work present an secure and efficient privacy preserving of mining data on public cloud platform by adopting party and key based authentication strategy. The proposed SCPPDM (Secure Cloud Privacy Preserving Data Mining) is deployed on Microsoft azure cloud platform. Experiment is conducted to evaluate computation complexity. The outcome shows the proposed model achieves significant performance interm of computation overhead and cost.

During operation, the software systems accumulate errors or garbage that leads to system failure and other hazardous consequences. This status is called software aging. Software aging happens because of memory fragmentation, resource consumption in large scale and accumulation of numerical error. Software aging degrads the performance that may result in system failure. This happens because of premature resource exhaustion. The errors that cause software agings are of special types and target the response time and its environment. This issue is to be resolved only during run time as it occurs because of the dynamic nature of the problem. To alleviate the impact of software aging, software rejuvenation technique is being used. Rejuvenation process reboots the system or reinitiates the softwares. Software rejuvenation removes accumulated error conditions, frees up deadlocks and defragments operating system resources like memory. Software aging and rejuvenation has generated a lot of research interest recently. This work reviews some of the research works related to detection of software aging and identifies research gaps.

The main goal is to ensure that the engines work correctly under all conditions and there is no risk of failure. If an effective method for predicting failures is applied, maintenance may be improved. The main source of data regarding the health of the engines is measured during the flights. Several variables are calculated, including fan speed, core speed, quantity and oil pressure and, environmental variables such as outside temperature, aircraft speed, altitude, and so on. Sensor data obtained in real time can be used to model component deterioration. To predict the maintenance of an aircraft engine, LSTM networks is used in this paper. A sequential input file is dealt with by the LSTM model. The training of LSTM networks was carried out on a high performance large scale processing engine. Machines, data, ideas, and people must all be brought together to understand the importance of predictive maintenance and achieve business results that matter. Adaptive authentication is a risk-based authentication that identifies high-risk and suspicious
illegitimate login attempts. User past login records which implicitly contains attribute factors
context information are used to establish user behavior profile. Later if the user logins under
different environmental context from that established profile, the identity of the user may be
questioned. The system may challenge the user to present additional authentication method to
get authenticated. We implemented such adaptive authentication system in our production
server and collected user login records for more than six months. In this paper, we presents the
analysis of the user login profile with regards to attribute factors such as geographical location
and time of login. We also developed testbed system that uses the collected real data to evaluate
the system for different ratio threshold values.

Multi-core processing is a growing industrial trend as single core processors rapidly reach the physical limits of complexity and speed. It exploits increased feature-size and density. It increases functional units per chip and limit energy consumption per operation. This paper provides the review of various papers in multicore architecture, discussing various parameters like number of cores, cache coherence and power dissipation.
With the emergence of virtualization and cloud computing technologies, several services are housed on virtualization platform. Virtualization is the technology that many cloud service providers rely on for efficient management and coordination of the resource pool. As essential services are also housed on cloud platform, it is necessary to ensure continuous availability by implementing all necessary measures. Windows Active Directory is one such service that Microsoft developed for Windows domain networks. It is included in Windows Server operating systems as a set of processes and services for authentication and authorization of users and computers in a Windows domain type network. The service is required to run continuously without downtime. As a result, there are chances of accumulation of errors or garbage leading to software aging which in turn may lead to system failure and associated consequences. This results in software aging. In this work, software aging patterns of Windows active directory service is studied. Software aging of active directory needs to be predicted properly so that rejuvenation can be triggered to ensure continuous service delivery. In order to predict the accurate time, a model that uses time series forecasting technique is built.

This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
