Prepared an umbrella document to

was missing: NAP focal agency took

climate-proofing its national
development plan.
National Climate Change Action
Plan outlines a long-term program
to address climate change. Climate
Change Commission coordinates
involvement of stakeholders from
relevant agencies, ministries, etc. to
implement it.
