1. The client is a developer from Singapore who wants to invest in a piece of land in Kuala Lumpur and has hired a multidisciplinary group of consultants to develop a cost plan for the proposed project.
2. Students are required to work out a cost plan based on the information provided, present the plan in a 10-15 slide PowerPoint presentation with a Q&A session, and submit a printed detailed cost appraisal and construction methodology sheet.
3. The assignment will be evaluated based on the quality of the cost plan, presentation skills, and the ability to answer questions regarding the assumptions made in the plan.
