Li-Fi is a technology that uses light from LED bulbs to transmit data wirelessly. It works by switching the state of LED bulbs on and off very fast in order to transmit binary code, with on representing 1 and off representing 0. The switching is too fast for the human eye to detect, so the bulb appears to be on continuously. Li-Fi has several advantages over traditional Wi-Fi including increased bandwidth and security. It can be used in applications such as traffic lights, aircraft cabins, underwater environments, and areas restricted to radio frequencies. However, Li-Fi also faces limitations including inability to pass through opaque objects and interference from other light sources.
Tokyopop was an American publisher and distributor of manga, manhwa, and other Asian comics and media. It was founded in 1997 and became a major player in the manga industry outside of Japan. However, it faced financial difficulties in the late 2000s due to declining sales and the loss of licenses from major Japanese publisher Kodansha. In 2011, Tokyopop closed its North American publishing division and ceased most operations, though it later relaunched in a smaller capacity focusing on digital releases. While it helped popularize manga in the US, Tokyopop ultimately struggled to adapt to a changing media landscape and industry trends.
Irene Nkwe is applying for a position as Projects Administration Manager. She has over 5 years of experience in housing developments and financial management projects. Currently she works as an Admin Manager, where her duties include overseeing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication. Previously she has held roles as an Admin Manager in a bank submissions department, and as an Administrator/Receptionist. She has a diploma in Marketing Management and Project Management.

Film 4 would be an appropriate institution to distribute the media product because it is a British company that distributes films appealing to a younger, British audience. Film 4 allows wide access through television channels and video on demand. It has successfully distributed similar low-budget, British films in the past to the target audience. As an established but smaller company, Film 4 could promote the media product effectively without a huge promotional budget.
