This document discusses the automation of a batching plant using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). It begins with an introduction to automation and why it is needed. It then describes the methodology used, including the aggregate weighing system, cement weighing system, and water computing. It discusses how PLCs and SCADA were implemented to automate the batching plant process. The results section shows the SCADA screen that provides monitoring of the entire process. In conclusion, automation with PLCs and SCADA was able to increase productivity by replacing human intervention and provide consistent outputs for the concrete batching plant.

The Automatic Can Crusher is run by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with the aid of an inductive and capacitive sensor, where it is applied to detect whether the object is metal or non-metal. Overall, the system can be controlled manually through the push start and stop button as well as using the Human Machine Interface (HMI) using NB-Designer, for displaying the total of cans being crushed per day. The average result of empty can could shrink from 31% to 60 % of the original value, by using the attuned and compatible pressure for this system.

CONTROL OF AN INDUCTION MOTOR WITH DOUBLE ANN MODEL BASED DTCcsandit
Direct torque control (DTC) is preferably control method on high performance control of induction motors due to its dvantages such as fast dynamic response, simple and robust control structure. However, high torque and current ripples are mostly faced problems in this control method. This paper presents artificial neural network (ANN) based approach to the DTC method to overcome mentioned problems. In the study, by taking a different perspective to ANN and DTC integration, two different ANN models have been designed, trained and implemented. The first ANN model has been used for switch selecting process and the second one has been used for sector determine process. Matlab/Simulink model of the proposed ANN based DTC method has created in order to compare with the conventional DTC and the proposed DTC
methods. The simulation studies have proved that the induction motor torque and current
ripples have been reduced remarkably with the proposed method and this approach can be a
good alternative to the conventional DTC method for induction motor control

system to improve the production rate, increase the quality of product and to address the labor problems in
the plant is presented. This proposed model is designed to control and monitor the processes of
manufacturing jaggery product. The main controlling console of the automatic jaggery production system
is microcontroller (Atmel). Which read the sensors (LM35) measure physical quantity temperature of the
boiling sugarcane juice to monitor the temperature to get good quality molten jaggery. The movement of the
pan is controlled by DC motor and switches through the programming the microcontroller, along with the
opening of control valve for the easy flow of molten jaggery(pug) into the cooling pit to get the required
shape of jaggery to reduce the labor work.

Four push button are used to choose four different types of product. For the servo motor, it is used for the dropping of the product. agency by providing less amount of gas. Also it is helpful to

threshold value, the system will immediately register gas
booking through GSM technology by sending SMS to the
distributor company and also send an alert to user at same
time. By implementing this, the LPG provider can reduce the
delivery delay time and helps to improve customer support
service in transparent manner.

Controlling the Filling and Capping Operation of a Bottling Plant using PLC a...ijeei-iaes
This paper presents basic stages of operation of a bottling plant, i.e. the filling and capping process. The main aim of our paper is to control the filling and capping section of a bottling plant simultaneously. At first a set of empty bottle is run by using a conveyer towards filling section, after the operation, the filled bottles are sent towards the capping section. After successful capping operation, the sealed bottles terminate towards exit and a new set of empty bottle arrive, in this way the process continues. This paper includes the method using which, a bunch of bottles can be filled and capped at one instant of time. This method has made the operation more flexible and time saving. The filling and capping operations are controlled using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), as the PLC’s are very much user-efficient, cost-effective and easy to control. By using PLC automation the whole process is kept under control. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is used to monitor the process by means of a display system.
