The human digestive system has 5 stages: ingestion, digestion, absorption, assimilation, and egestion. Ingestion involves taking food into the mouth. Digestion begins in the mouth through chewing and saliva. Food then moves to the stomach through the esophagus. In the stomach, food is churned by gastric juices containing acids and enzymes. The partly digested food then moves to the small intestine, where enzymes from the liver, pancreas, and intestine complete digestion by breaking nutrients into small molecules. Absorption then occurs in the small intestine as nutrients pass into the bloodstream. Assimilation involves cells taking nutrients from the blood for energy, growth, and repair. Undigested waste moves to the

This PowerPoint presentation details out the anatomy of the human digestive system. Their are general terminologies that involves the topic but over-all this work focuses on how digestion takes place in the human body. The details coming from this presentation are combined from four different and liable sources/references including Biology (Thomson Asian Edition). I can say that this presentation is brief and well-organized so I hope this could help you in your class or seminars. Thanks.

price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.
5. DSA
As per prev fig when the food passes through mouth itself the
digestion starts .The teeth chews the food and grinds it with the
help of saliva the food digests this saliva contains salivary
amylase.Where the starch of the food changes into sugar. Thus,
the digestion of carbohydrate begins in the mouth. The food
remains in mouth at short time.Since the digestion is
incomplete.
The slightly digested food goes through oesophagus as pic in
next page. It carries towards Jshaped stonach the walls of
oesophagus has muscles which contract and expand. This
movement is known as PERISTALTIC MOVEMENT.This
movement leads tostomach
7. In stomach it churns food about 3hr
.During this time the food particles
becomes into small and semi-solid
paste. The glands present at the stomach
of stomach contains gastric juice .The
gastric juice contains 3 enzymes in those
Hcl is acid and pepsin and mucus are
enzymes due to this Hcl acid over
production acidity is created and then
pepsin is active with acid. So pepsin can
digest proteins properly .Another function
of Hcl is to kill bacteria .The mucus helps
to protect stomach . If it is not secreted
then Hcl will form ulcers in the
stomach. Then the food directly goes to
small intestine
8. From the stomach the digested food
goes to small intestine which is at
On the screen towards right which is
6.5m long in adult man .It is still longer in
herbivores as they should digest grass or leaves
and for carnivores there
Is small.
10. The small intestine in human is the site of
complete digeston of food happens as follows:
A] The small intestine has two glands:liver and
pancreas as b4 slide . Liver secrets bile which
is located in gall bladder. This is helped to break
down of lipids. It functions 2 :1)makes the acidic
food coming from the stomach so pancrese
acts on it 2)bile salts break the fats present in
food and makes easy to digest.Pancreas
secretes pancreatic juice which contains
enzymes like pancreatic amylase,trisin and
lipase.
11. AFTER DIGESTION ,THE MOLECULES
OF FOOD SO
SMALL THEY CAN’T PASS
THROUGH WALLS OF SMALL
INTESTINE. THE SMALL INTESTINE IS
REIGON WHERE ABSORPTION OF
MAIN FOOD IS TAKEN PLACE. THE
FINGER LIKE PROJECTIONS IS
CALLED VILLI.WHERE DIGESTED FOOD
GOES TO BLOOD.
12. 4]ASSIMILATON
The blood carries digested and dissolved
food goes at the parts of cells.Due to this
assimilated food the body cells obtain energy
for growth and repair of body . The energy is
released by oxdation of assimilated food in
the cell during respiration . The digested food
is not used by our body in the form of
‘glycogen’. This stored glycogen can be used
as a source of energy by the body as and
when required.
13. 5]EGESTION
The part which can’t
be digested by our
body The undigested
cannot be in small
intestine so it goes to
large intestine. There
the waste food is
excreted through
rectum.
