Solar Energy in Kazakhstan Essay
Introduction In 21st century almost all devices work with electricity. Electricity makes activity of
people easier and more comfortable. Moreover, it plays a great role in development of medicine,
science, education, transport and other spheres of human s life. However, electricity production is
becoming more and more problematic because the biggest part of energy for electricity is produced by
natural resources, which are neither infinite nor renewable. It means that one day mineral reserves can
run out, and, as a result, there will be risk of possible energy crisis. This situation stimulates humanity
to transfer to renewable power system. Countries around the world are promoting sustainable energy
policies, particularly to reduce ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Moreover, there are almost 3000 hours of sunshine per year, while energy from solar radiation is 1500
1800 kW/m2/year (Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) 1997). Despite the very
appropriate conditions for realization of solar energy, this resource is little used. So, Kazakhstan
should pay attention to the adoption of renewable energy supply system to the daily life and make a
compelling choice between photovoltaic technology of converting sunlight into usable form and
concentrated solar thermal plants in an economically and environmentally advantageous way. Hence,
this paper will evaluate to what extent is solar energy suitable and viable source of carbon free energy
for Kazakhstan. Also different types of technologies necessary to make the conversion of solar energy
into electricity will be examined, particularly concentrated solar power will be considered as a
possible solution to the existing situation and possible energy problems in Kazakhstan. Main Body
Dependence on coal, oil and gas and other natural resources pose a threat to the future with air
pollution, changes in climate and economic instability due to the fluctuations of fuel prices. Instead of
wagering on unreliable fuel materials, people should learn how to use planet s infinite sources of
renewable energy effectively. Solar energy is recognized as the most promising alternative energy in
the world. The popularity of sunlight energy is attributed with inexhaustibility of

The Effect Of Shallow And Deep Levels Of Processing On...
Abstract
This was a study conducted at IUP on undergraduate students to see if processing information at
certain levels would improve memory recall. During the study, we presented the participants with a
PowerPoint of information on a made up country. The participants was randomly assigned to a
shallow, medium, or deep processing instruction, which explained to them how to take notes
throughout the presentation. After, students recieved a distractor task for 15 minutes, and after given a
multiple choice test on the information showed on the slides. The results showed that there was no
significant difference between note taking instructions and the number of correct answers. All three
task instructions in the study showed similar means on the recall test.
Effects of Shallow to Deep Levels of Processing on Memory Recall
Sources
Craik and Lockhart (1972) conducted a study where they first introduced the theory of depth of
processing, also known as levels on processing. They said that memory processing had levels ranging
from shallow to deep. They said that people processed words at a shallow, moderate or deep level.
Shallow processing, also known as structural encoding, is when physical features of the information is
analyzed. They found that information is usually forgotten because the processing does not involve
meaning, so it creates memory that is weak, resulting in information being harder to retrieve. One way
to define moderate processing, also known as

Black Theater By William Henry Brown
1.) During 1821 and 1926 Black Theater is determined in two different definitions. The first definition
for Black Theater came about in 1821, and in Manhattan by the American Grove Theater founded by
William Henry Brown. The definition for black theater was created by African Americans, for African
American audience and about topics that are important to the African American community. At this
point in time, African Americans were enslaved throughout America. African Americans did not have
much rights, so the definition created by African Americans was significant to show that they have a
voice too, for African American audience and about topics that are important to the African American
community can be depicted so that African Americans could rise up and overcome the Slavery system.
This definition could have been geared towards African Americans being hopeful or having something
to be happy about. Most significantly, for all African Americans coming together to see these
playwrights would educate black people and hopefully inspire them to create better lives for
themselves together. Slavery and racial discrimination towards blacks has to be the most that
contributed to this definition.
The other definition was created in 1926 by W.E.B Du Bois through the Krigwa players in Harlem.
This definition for black theater was for, by, about, near us. The Harlem Renaissance Movement is
taking place during this time and contributes to the change in definition. The Harlem

The Gettysburg Address Essay
The Gettysburg Address is one of the most famous speeches known by America. Jackie Fredericks
states, November 19, 1863 On this day, President Abraham Lincoln gave a very short speech that is
now one of the most famous in the English language. (Fredericks). This speech has many messages
throughout it. The message of unity and that we all need to be united as one. Acceptance, knowing that
you who you are and others need to accept you and you need to accept others. And death, realizing
that it will happen and you cannot get away from it, be prepared, but live your life to the fullest. There
are three important messages from The Gettysburg Address, by Abraham Lincoln. The first message in
The Gettysburg Address is unity. We are all one country, one world, we should all be treated the same.
Whites and blacks are equal, no discrimination. In The Gettysburg Address, Lincoln states, ...We
cannot dedicate we cannot consecrate we cannot hallow this ground. (539). All he says is we as in one.
All be united as one with no problems, no one is better than anybody else. Graham D. Burnett states, It
is the unity of all forms of human knowledge, their imminent jumping together or consilience.

Acceptance for yourself and for others. Be able to love yourself for who you are and also know that
others need to except you. Paul J. Callen states, Acceptance can improve the quality of life and the
lives of others. (Callen). If everyone accepted themselves and others, life would be amazing and there
would be no harm. In The Gettysburg Address, Lincoln states, It is altogether fitting and proper that
we should do this. (539). The people are accepting that those men have died and they will have a
ceremony and then they will go on with their lives. They will accept what happened because it was
unexpected and there was nothing they could have done about

Wayne Gretzky Quotes
Wayne Gretzky, a former Canadian ice hockey player and head coach, once said, You miss 100
percent of the shots you never take . This quote makes me look at Gretzky as an audacious and
perilous individual. It is understandable why he abides by this quote because it must have helped him
take chances and become a professional ice hockey player. It must have helped him because if he did
not take any chances, he could have missed out on the opportunity to become a ice hockey player. This
quote refers to a crucial life lesson that people should learn and practice. This life lesson would be to
take chances when you have the opportunity or else you will have already failed on that opportunity. I
acquiesce with this quote because in the book,

Free Education Means To Be Free
To be free means to be American. To live in a country where people are all treated equally; to live in a
country where people cannot complain about basic needs. In America, people can say the word free,
and without a doubt know what it means. Every person in America has these freedoms that are so
withheld and denied in third world countries. The people of America have freedom of speech, freedom
of religion, freedom of education, and freedom of press. Hook: Every person in America has these

Knowing God by J.I Packer
In this modern day, many people claim to be Christians, but I believe that there is a distinction
between Christians and disciples . Throughout my day, I ve realised that almost any person can call
themselves Christians, but to be called a disciple is completely different. To call yourself a Christian
you carry the gift of salvation with authenticity. A disciple also carries the responsibility of living in
holiness. As scripture shows us in Hebrews 12:14 follow peace with all man, and holiness, without
which no man shall see The Lord. Therefore there are various distinctions between those who claim
they are Christian and those who are truly disciples. One value that the disciple must hold dear to his
life is that he/she should know God, and J.I. packer shows us how to know The Lord by introducing us
to the study of God.
Packer begins his proposal to know God by explaining the study of God and his divinity, which is
theology. He explains that the theory of theology should begin to humble one s mind, which
expanding it. Packer states that he who often thinks of God, will have a larger than the others. This
also implies the distinction on christians and disciples. Packer then introduces five basic, interesting
principles for genuinely knowing God. The first principle is the bible. The bible is Gods word here on
earth, many many times, all the answer we need for any type of afflicting dilemma can be found in
Gods word. I totally agree with J.I. Packer when he

IRS Data Warehouse Improvements 1. Why is it so difficult for the IRS to analyze the taxpayer data it
had collected? The very complex process of assessing taxpayer data had increasingly been
compounded by the sheer enormity of tax returns and files requiring assessment. The prodigious
nature of this task is only further confounded by the imperative upon the IRS to subject a dense set of
permutations of taxpayer information to scrutiny. Until the installment of the CDW system, the use of
flat file and hierarchy based database systems made complex user queries on these multifarious
permutations of taxpayer information nearly impossible. The result was both that individuals likely to
require audits had been overlooked and that in many cases individuals who are otherwise innocent of
any taxpayer indiscretions had been subjected to these review processes. The large scale of data and
the somewhat obtuse ways of navigating said data had led to an impasse of efficiency. 2. What kind of
challenges did the IRS encounter when implementing its CDW? What management, organization, and
technology issues had to be addressed? In spite of this clear impasse, the case study here observes that
it can be exceptionally difficult to convince a government agency that reformation is required. The
case study describes agencies as being risk averse in this regard. This aversion is only magnified by a
$2 million price tag on the data warehousing implementation and by the costs to labor,

SuperTraining should utilize current software to advertize on the web and socical media in order to
atract new customers and CRM is necessary to facilitate that. Their Sales and Marketing Information
Systems should fall in line with CRM and are important because without marketing, sales will
deminish. In today s market, no company can stand on it s product with out new marketting ideas
much like what Kimberly Clark did when they revampted their Kleenex® by allowing people to send
the new product to friends via Kleenex.com (Jack Neff, 2011). SuperTraining will need Firewall
security to prevent unwanted intrusion form out side hackers. Not only do they need to secure the
private information for each student but they also need to be conerned about on line payments and
keeping credit card or bank system imformation private. Audio and Video Streaming is also important
to SuperTraining s business model because many of the classes, such as math, are taught on line where

Target Market Segments For Ecostar
Target Market Segments for Ecostar
To ensure successful marketing for the Ecostar, it is most crucial to identify the best target market
segment for this new automobile. When it comes to buying hybrid automobiles, there are certain
customers who would more likely be interested in purchasing this kind of vehicle. Identifying the best
target market segments will allow Nighthawk Motors to better strategize how to attract potential
customers. The best group that should be targeted for marketing for the Ecostar is the middle class.
Middle class consumers have certain values in mind when they are making purchases. While they are
able to live comfortably, they still want to have the best quality products for the amount of money that
they spend. Low class consumers are more likely to buy automobiles that are used due to higher
financial restrictions (Blombäck, 2005). While high class consumers are likely to buy new
automobiles, they are also more likely to buy luxury brand automobiles (Blombäck, 2005). Because
Ecostar is a new automobile, middle class consumers are the best target market as they are more likely
to look to purchase a new automobile that is also cost efficient. Another target segment are consumers
who are environmentally conscious. Hybrid automobiles pose many benefits that environmentally
conscious consumers can appreciate. Hybrid automobiles have better gas mileage, which allows
hybrid drivers on average five additional miles per gallon compared to non hybrid

Persian Gulf War (1990 91), and of course the War on Terrorism (2001 present). And that s just the
major wars. Out of all of these wars the one that I will discuss is the American Civil War. First, I will
enlighten you on why I chose the American Civil War. Next, I will expound upon the reason that
commenced the American Civil War. Last, I will inform you on what the after effects were from the
American Civil War. The American Civil War just might be one of the most historic and significant
wars for the United States of America s history. Some might say well what about the American
Revolutionary War? Well then let me help you distinguish the difference between American
Revolutionary War and the American Civil War. The American Revolutionary War was the battle

Analysis Of Raisin In The Sun
Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry Raisin in the Sun is a play on Broadway that tells about a
tragedy faced by an African American. The play is about Youngers family that lives in the ghetto and
one that is at crossroads following the death of Younger s father. Mother Lena Younger and her
children reside in a cramped apartment in a poverty stricken district in Chicago. Her grown up
children include Water Lee and Beneatha. The life insurance that matured following the death of Lena
s husband earns the family ten thousand dollars, and everybody is eagerly waiting for the full
payment. The question that the entire family is faced with is whether the money should be invested in
supporting studies of her daughter through the medical school, the business deal with the sons, or
other dreams. The family is faced with conflicts, particularly amongst the siblings as they seek to
establish whose dream is superior. It becomes more difficult for Lena to make the right decision in the
midst of the conflict because her wish is to please everyone. The play is about the black family that
struggles with racial prejudice and economic hardship. The underlying importance of the play is in the
way it shows the value of dreams, importance of family, and racial discrimination. The further one
gets in reading the play, the more there is to learn about the Youngers. The vision and dream of all the
Younger family is one of either making or breaking the family based on their independent choices.
Though each member of Younger family had a dream, the dreams were distinct from each other. The
dream of Mama was that of owning a nice house that has a beautiful backyard just like they wished
with the husband. Mama felt that her dream was helpful to her entire family because they would be
able to take good care of Travis and make him grow up to become a great man in the neighborhood.
The only person that thought about the family was Lena. Ruth, on the other hand, was not a member
of the blood family but always wanted the best for everyone. Ruth s dream rhymed with that of Lema.
Her wish was to have a happy family and to achieve that she wished to have a better place to live.
Unfortunately, her dream was deferred due to lack of money that

I Am My Friend, Named Dakota
A year and a half ago I decided to end my relationship with not only my boyfriend at the time, but also
my best friend, named Dakota. We both went to the same high school and went on numerous double
dates but not with each other. However once we were single a mutual friend thought it would be a
good idea to finally hook us up, but I was afraid nothing was going to work out considering I was still
a senior in high school and he was a freshman in college. However I decided to take the chance and go
on a date, and to my surprise it was one of the best dates of my life. Everything between us clicked,
we had the same interest to similar personalities, and since that date we were irresistible. Dakota and I
were known as the power couple, my friends where jealous of our relationship and I could not be
happier. In my mind I really thought I found the person I was going to spend the rest of my life with,
and we were both ready for that commitment, since I received a promise ring from him stating that
were going to make it through college together, and then settle down. The first couple of months of
college were difficult for both of us, but we made it through by seeing one another every other week.
However it was not until spring semester of my freshman year when things started to change. I noticed
Dakota becoming more over protective, especially after I found a good group of friends who wanted
to go out every weekend and party. Due to this my feelings for him started to fade,

Swing Dance In The 1930 s
There are so many styles of dance that came together to eventually evolve into what swing dance is
today. In the early 20 s and 30 s there was the Lindy Hop, Balboa, Shag and the Charleston. Some of
these dance forms such as the Lindy Hop and the Charleston started as an eight count done in four
steps then it evolved in the 1930 s to an eight count with 10 steps. During this time swing dance had
some substantial changes due to music and regional influences.
At the start of the 40 s the era of Big Bands became very popular and swing dance was easily adapted
to this style of music giving that fast percussion beats in this genre. It brought about new styles such
as the St.Louis shag and the Carolina shag and even stayed very popular till the end of the 1940 s.
In the 1950 s after WWII brought about the rebellious generation that sparked the creation of Rock

Sexual Abuse And Child Violence
Abuse is currently the number one cause of injury to women in the U.S., four million women every
year are abused by men. These women often are disfigured or can develop permanent disabilities.
Each year 2,500 deaths occur every year in abusive domestic situations, 1,500 women are killed
violently by their perpetrators, and around 1,000 kill their abusers to save themselves (Mankiller).
Statistics show that women are more often killed or disfigured by their abusers than are able to save
themselves. Women are often being psychologically trapped in abusive relationships due to the cycle
of violence as well as the different tactics used by abusers, dangers of leaving, and ideas about
marriage formed during childhood. Domestic abuse is a term ... Show more content on

Soon after, in 1850, 19 of the 50 states had passed laws protecting women, saying that they are
allowed to divorce abusive husbands. In 1882, Maryland was the first state to create a law against wife
beating . Throughout the early 1900s more organizations and protests were held to stand against
domestic violence. Eventually, in 1993, marital rape was outlawed in all 50 states. In 2005 the
Violence Against Women Act was signed by President Bush putting it into action. Beginning with the
colonial Americans, who believed that some chastisement was okay, and proceeding until today, when
domestic violence has been outlawed, help for the abused and prevention of abuse has been a long
struggle (Proquest Staff). The Cycle of Violence is one of the main psychological factors that keeps
victims in the relationship, it tricks women into believing that their relationship will change and
become loving. The Cycle of Violence theory was introduced by Lenore Walker in her book, The
Battered Woman, in 1979. This book states that there are three phases that an abusive relationship
cycles through: the tension building phase, the battering phase, and the honeymoon/make up period
(Haley and Stein 81). The tension building phase is the time period where tension increases before the
most physically abusive stage. During this time the abuse tends to be psychological, financial, verbal,
minor physical, etc. In many cases the abused woman will blame herself and make excuses for her

Anorexia In The Media
Anorexia By Cecilie Löw The media pressures young people into eating disorders like anorexia or

Teen Suicide Essays
Each year, thousands of children are dying, not from cancer, getting shot, or car accidents, but by their
own hands. They make the choice to take their lives; they commit suicide. To begin, what is Suicide ?
According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, suicide is the act or instance of taking one s own life
voluntarily and intentionally. The number of teenagers who take their lives is rapidly increasing each
year. Teen suicide is escalating out of control and no one seems to realize just how severe the issue has
become. Every day and average of 18 young Americans end their lives, one every 90 minutes. The

Sexual and physical abuse are also contributing causes to the teen suicide epidemic. From these types
of abuse usually depression and other psychological disorders form, making the risk of these youth
committing suicide very high. Family support is important as well, A Teen with an adequate support
network of friends, family, and religious affiliations, peer groups or extracurricular activities may have
an outlet to deal with everyday frustrations, but many teen s don t believe they have that, and feel
disconnected and isolated from family and friends. These teens have an increased risk for suicide
(kidsHealth.org). Additionally the issue of sexuality and an unsupportive family or peer group is also
detrimental to the teen s psyche and plays a major role in teen suicide. Lastly, sudden trauma in a teen
s life is very influential on a suicide decision. The loss of a parent, sibling, or loved one can cause the
teen to react by committing or attempting suicide. Teenagers are more at risk because they are in a
stage of growth in their lives, and thus the depression or trauma can create a feeling of isolation in
their mind. In most cases there are ways to detect when a person is planning to commit suicide before
they actually carry it out. Teen suicide can be prevented when the warning signs are recognized early

The focus of the Board s decisions was on the attainment of educational goals, and in the enhancement
of the research reputation of the university. Success measures for educational initiatives were normally
expressed in terms of student achievements, enrollments, and applications to the university. Success
measures for research efforts were counts of the numbers of articles published and research grants
received. Financial measures of success, when they were used at all, mainly comprised summaries of
budgeted expenditures versus actual expenditures. With his MBA training and long business
experience, Allen Carpenter found these traditional methods of project evaluation incomplete at best,
and superficial at worst. Carpenter had set out to change the approach, and largely he had succeeded.

Manual Sizing Of Analog Blocks
There is around 10 to 200 real valued parameters in an analog circuit, and value of these parameters
must be set in order to meet the specification .Circuit sizing is the process of setting these parameters.
for example a simple two stage operational amplifier has around 12 parameters ,which includes width,
length and passive component values of all transistors which have to be set to achieve specifications
such as CMRR(common mode rejection ratio), gain, power ,area ,bandwidth ,noise ,settling time
,offset value and slew rate . Figure 1 two stage operational amplifier
There are 6 mosfets in this figure, so we have two compute values of width and height of 6 mosfets
along with other parameters such as slew rate, bandwidth and noise margin.
A system on a chip (SOC) is an integrated circuit that integrates all components of a electronic system
into a single chip. SOC is made automated to a large extent. Manual sizing of analog blocks is a
bottleneck. There are several methods and techniques of sizing; circuit sizing is an optimization
problem. SPICE model is being considered the most accurate model as the final check point is spice
correctness since the designer does not have access to the fabrication process so designer relies on the
simulator. Apart from spice there are circuit equations. These equations can be derived taking some
assumption with regard to the transistor behavior. There are three

Teachers Options Essay
Teachers Options
There are many options open to teachers of deaf children in a variety of situations. In teaching deaf
and hard of hearing children there is such a wide range of children, each with their own abilities. Each
child also has a different family situation to take into account. Some children come from deaf families,
some they are the only deaf family member, and some have no support from their families because
they are deaf. There are also students that have family members that make an effort to learn how to
best communicate with them, while some do only what they must to communicate the needed
information. Along with this is the severity of each child s hearing loss. Some suffer from only slight

Teaching with Sign Language
The most common educational teaching method for the deaf is to use a combination of both American
Sign Language (ASL) and English in the classroom. The signing of the English language is called
Pidgen Sign Language (PSL) or Signed Exact English (SEE). ASL is the accepted language of the
deaf in America and the preferred method of communication for the majority of the deaf culture. It is a
language of concepts instead of actual forming of sentences and has no relation to English. ASL has a
topic comment syntax, while English uses subject object verb (Nakamura, 2002). In this format, they
are able to understand each other best, but this can also cause problems for education. The downside
to ASL is that there is no use of sentence structure, so this is where a combination of ASL with English
comes in the education picture. This system of bilingual teaching (Mason, 1995) with ASL and SEE
teaches the children English, the language of the United States, but by using many of the signs of
ASL. The students are taught with the signs and concepts of ASL but in areas like reading and writing,
SEE and the grammar rules of English are learned and applied. Some teachers, when in a classroom
like this, also use some aspect of voice along with ASL and SEE because many students have hearing
aids or cochlear implants, surgically implanted forms of hearing assistance, and teachings of

Penicillin Essay
Penicillin was accidentally discovered at St. Mary s Hospital, London in 1929 by Dr. Alexander
Fleming. As test continued, Fleming began to realize that he was on the verge of a great discovery.
However, he still did not know the identity of the fungus, and had little knowledge of fungi. His crude
extracts could be diluted 1,000 times and still be effective in killing bacteria. After years of working
on penicillin and going nowhere, many of his co workers grew tired of hearing about it. The first real
test for penicillin came when a 48 year old police officer nicked himself shaving. After a time,
Alexander s face became infected and he developed a temperature. When he was rushed to the
hospital, the doctors believed that he had only hours ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Penicillin brought about the biggest search in medical history. It was reasoned that if there was one
antibiotic in nature, there must be many more, and there were.
If anything should be taken off of the Basic s List, it should be Social Darwinism. Social Darwinism is
simply survival of the fittest. This a simple view, and is not practiced much very often. Penicillin on
the other hand, has saved thousands, if not millions of lives, and started its own medical revolution to
seek for new cures to other things as well.
World War II turning points are much more important than penicillin. If there were not any breaks for
the American troops, then there would have been many more lives lost in the war than needed.
Possibly, there would be more lives lost in the fighting than saved by penicillin in its fist two decades
of public use.
Penicillin has helped save many lives throughout the years. It has cured things like strep throat, which
many people have had in their lives, syphilis, and gonorrhea. It also sparked a new wave of

on banning these offensive words. The article of this week was not one of my favorites. The whole

short, these inconsistencies give credence to the possibility that potential heresthetic considerations in
established member states outweigh the slower economic and political development of Eastern
European states. In theory, binding normative ideas and not individual member states influence EU
integration; however, in practice upholding essential EU norms, such as human rights, is plagued by
double standards in established and new members. The double standards arise from shared practices
that undermine human rights despite EU s formal commitment to protect them. These limitations
hamper Europeanization and proper norm diffusion, so in practice specific broad organizational
objectives of established member states appear to drive the process of EU integration at this time.
Conventional Wisdom about Heresthetics Riker s view of Institutions as a source of heresthetics The
heated domestic debates in established member states on equal membership rights of poorer new
members and applicants from the Balkans exposes gaps in social consensus about new member
accession in the EU. Broadly, social consensus in decision making implies that minority and majority
opinions are taken into account. The alienation of a minority group(s) in decision making is often

Internet Law And The Economy Essay
Internet Law and the Economy Introduction
This week s article review is taken from Ubiquity, an ACM IT Magazine and forum. The article is The
New Economy: Are Rules Irrelevant? by Daniel W. Uhlfelder, Esq. In this article it is discussed how
the new economy of the Internet move forward and enact laws that would be beneficial to all parties
involved. This will be hard if not impossible because the Internet can cross boundaries where laws
could not cross. The each country and each region uphold and maintain laws and regulations specific

It is now important to know the different laws and develop new laws by which these new relationships
interact. The key is to understand the different laws and how they are used, where and how should
they be enforced and how to protect our interests and the interest of others and how we can use and
develop laws to the best advantage of society. According to Daniel W. Uhlefelder
Security, Internet taxation, electronic signatures, privacy, copyright, minority, small business
development, and contract formation in cyberspace: These are just a few of the important legal issues
members of the new economy are going to face. (Uhlfelder, 2000)
Laws relating to our worldwide commerce are going to be needed to avoid ciaos in our economic
society. If we cannot keep up with these changes, then there may be ill effects to our society and
economy. Federal Trade Commission Chairman Robert Pitofsky reminds us that when enacting laws
we must remember:
Protect the marketplace, and don t undermine the incentives for innovation. And that is what this is
about. The incentives for innovation seem to be very important in this area. On the other hand, you

The Importance Of Technology Using Qualitative Research...
To gain proper and effective research on how technology impacts the lives of children with disabilities
in an academic setting using qualitative descriptive research methods. There are three different ways
to conduct qualitative research. Participant observation is appropriate for collecting data on naturally
occurring behaviors in their natural environment, such a school, work, or home setting. In depth
interviews are best for collecting data on individuals personal histories, perspectives, and experiences
for certain topics being researched. Lastly, focus groups are effective in collecting data on the cultural
norms of a group and in generating broad overviews. Conducting a participant observation in a special
education classroom gives the researcher the ability to inadept see the impact technology has a special
needs child s every day in an academic setting. It also gives the researcher the ability to observe, and
interview the teacher for a long period of time in a close proximity. (Holosko, M. J. (n.d.). One
advantage of qualitative methods in exploratory research is the use of open ended questions to give
participants the opportunity to respond in their own words, instead of them having to pick from a
choice of already formulated answers. When asking open ended questions, the students and teachers
can freely answer with meaningful responses, researchers can gather rich and in an explanatory nature.

One mechanism by which E. coli. and C. rodentium could have acquired the locus enterocyte
effacement region (LEE) in their genomes is via mutation. Because the T3SS is related to bacterial
flagellum, it could be possible that the LEE sequence originally coded for flagellar components before
some sort of mutation caused it to begin coding for a T3SS instead. Because the T3SS would increase

Development Of Developing And Managing Offerings
Developing and managing offerings constitute one of the highest risk any organization can make.
These are decisions that can led to bankruptcy if it fails nonetheless firms needs to continuously seek

Failures Of The October Revolution
Vincent Herschlein October Revolution 17th of March, 2015
The statement The October Revolution (1917) resulted not from the actions of the Bolsheviks, but
from the failure of the Provisional Government. is largely agreeable as the mishandling of military
decisions, as well as the socio political failures of the Provisional Government allowed the Bolsheviks
to seize power. However, the October Revolution cannot be entirely attributed to the failures of the
Provisional Government, as the Bolshevik s strategic exploitation of the weaknesses of the Provisional
Government also played an important role in the October Revolution.

Cue for Treason Essay
Tia Berardi ENG 1D1 Ms.Oliver Monday April 2nd 2012 Several Characters Can Have Loyalty Not
everyone possesses the quality of loyalty, but those that do are worth having a relationship with. The
author of Cue for Treason, Geoffry Trease, demonstrates this trait in many of the characters. The most
loyal bond in this book, which took place very early on in the novel, was Peter and Kit s. One of the
most significant bonds has to be amongst the Secret Agents, the Queen, and all of England. Lastly, the
most heroic form of loyalty is portrayed by Tom Boyd, Peter, and Kit. Each one of these characters do

shows how much the two care for each other, and will not abandon each other when situations get
rough. Although the pair fights numerous times, in the end they are always there for each other, and
never betray each other s trust. But, this is not the last time loyalty was shown. The Secret Agents
show loyalty to the Queen, protecting her in every way possible, therefore demonstrating loyalty to all
of England as well. One of the first was a man by the name of Walsingham. Walsingham was one of
the very first Secret Agents, devoting his time and life to protecting the Queen, and establishing the

Walsingham who built up a wonderful system of government spies and agents, to ferret out all the
plots that were going and scotch the most before they got too dangerous (Trease 155 6). Walsingham

Environmental Challenges Facing The American Auto Industry...
Environmental Challenges facing the American Auto Industry
The American Auto Industry has evolved for many decades with pioneers such as Ford Motor
Company. The United States Auto Industry was once upon a time a global leader in the automotive
industry but due to knowledge and skills acquisition by other automobile manufacturers such as
Toyota, the once American Auto Industry leadership has been surpassed. I will give discuss this
following paragraphs.
Global Competition in the Industry
So far the Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan has surpassed all the American Auto Industry such as
Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. Toyota has also topped the world most admired Vehicles Industry
according to Fortune Magazine. There are various factors that have made the American Auto Industry
to face stiff competition. The following are some factors:
Innovation:
Toyota s was the first company to introduce a full hybrid system of vehicles and is the most popular
hybrid system in the world. On the other hand, American Auto Industry was late at adopting this
hybrid technology. They were using high gas consuming technology which was environmentally
unsustainable.
Design Technology
Toyota Motor Corporation pursues design that resonates with customer sensitivities worldwide. It has
therefore incorporated designers globally with diverse cultural backgrounds from bases in Japan,
North America and Europe. This gives Toyota a truly global competitive edge over its American Auto

Is Markt at risk and liable to NeemMiracle with respect to Trade Mark infringement, passing off,

No Trade Mark infringement for two reasons;
a) The mark or get up being used by Markt only similar in colour and not necessarily name, the word

b) NeemMiracle has not registered the trademark in either Australia or New Zealand.
There may be a case for passing off under common law and/or misleading and deceptive conduct

three tests for an action in passing off to be met. The classical trinity has been used as a touchstone for
passing off.
It can be argued that the getup of the Mira Neem product(s) is adopting a similar style or mark to

Design Of An Optimized Compressive Sensing
Abstract This paper presents the design of an optimized Compressive Sensing (CS) based image
compression technique for data transmission over mobile wireless noisy channel. The proposed
technique is more robust to channel noise. It uses individual measurement driven coding scheme,
which facilitates simpler encoder design. The shift of computational burden from encoder to decoder
is more suitable for mobile devices applications where computational power and battery life are
limited. This paper also presents a novel quantizer which allows the encoder to dynamically adapt to
the channel conditions and provide optimum performance.
Keywords compressive sensing; coding with feedback; image transmission; quantization
I. INTRODUCTION
Wireless spectrum is becoming increasingly scarce as more and more mobile devices are being used
with new innovations to support multimedia applications. The evolution of new applications is further
eroding the ability to make spectrum available to ever increasing mobile users [1]. The design of
mobile devices for inclusion of new and evolving multimedia applications faces big challenges due to:
a) limited power supply from battery; b) wireless transmission impairments for sustained video
transmissions; and c) limited CPU capability in each device. Thus data compression for wireless
networks is becoming more and more important. This research takes image as a sample multimedia
data type to explore the necessary improvement. Traditional image

successful as possible by ensuring that I was a well rounded student. I made it my obligation to pursue
extracurricular that would further my organizational and innovation skills, my leadership skills,
enhance my communication skills, and would teach me to be flexible and open minded. Along with
taking academically rigorous classes such as: AP classes, Pre AP classes, and dual credit classes. My
motivation to be success always pushed me during hard times in my academic career; I was diagnosis
with a learning disability during that time, but even then and now I never allow my learning disability
to be a crutch or prevent a standard of me being lowered. Plus, I always enjoyed challenges, especially
if they were academic. I always want to become more knowledge in any subject; I knew this would be

The Jesuits In The New World
These first promising observations reinforced the Jesuits will of peacefull teaching, since they
perceived that the Natives could be easily persuaded.
Indeed, the Jesuits chose to make concessions with the Natives and to display cultural and religious
flexibility. They took this soft way in order to maintain peace and because the stakes of the Natives
conversion were too high to risk a conflict with them. In fact, as I mentioned earlier, the Jesuits were
completely outnumbered by the Natives, they could not wage war against them. Moreover, the
ultimate goal of the missionaries was to insure the victory of Catholicism over Protestantism, they
needed to be really efficient in their approach. So far, I used the term Christian as if there was only on

Anthony Wright, an English professor of Ecclesiastical History, explains how the Jesuits were at the
center of the Catholic Reformation, that is to say the Catholic movement that aimed at challenging
Protestantism1. Since 1517, the publication of Ninety Five Theses by Luther, and Jean Calvin s
movement, Lutheran and Calvinist Protestants spread out in Europe2. Thus, the New World
represented new opportunities for every religion and became a battlefield. The Protestants, generally,
emphasized on individual piety and devotion, there is no religious hierarchy and no need for priests to
study or read the Bible and to confess sins. To thwart these new practices, the Jesuits developped the
rituals and sacrament, the cult of the saint and of the Virgin Marr. They also chose to focus on the
religious orders and the authority of the Pope to deal with the abstract Bible centered Protestantism.
The missionaries also recognized that the Reformation tackled real issues in the Catholic faith, like the
excess of pride, lust practices and corruption. Consequently, the Jesuits wanted to reform the Church
by fighting against corruption and supersitions, notably by

The House of the Seven Gables by Nathaniel Hawthorne Essay
The House of the Seven Gables by Nathaniel Hawthorne The House of the Seven Gables is a romantic
novel set in a grand and rustic, old house with seven gables in New England town. The story opens
with its history, beginning in the 1690 s, when witch hunting was rampant. Afterwards, it revolves
around the course of one summer in the 1850 s. At his housewarming party, Colonel Pyncheon, the
socially noted owner of the house was mysteriously found dead in one of the rooms. Although he was
highly esteemed for his wealth and high position, legend has it that he usurped the land on which his
house stood from a poor fellow named Matthew Maule. Maule was a nobody. Furthermore, he was
rumored to be practicing ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She was often feared for the scowl on her face that was actually only the result of a chronic squint due
to her poor eyesight. Proud and without talent for practical matters, she is a symbol of decaying
aristocracy. She grieves for her beloved brother, Clifford, who was framed and imprisoned. She had a
boarder named Holgrave. He is an attractive and imtellectual young man with modern views and
notions. He preaches about social reform to Hepzibah and Phoebe. When her money was running out,
Hepzibah was forced to open little bakeshop in the front gable of the house and abandon her illusion
of aristocracy. This only adds to her misery until her young niece, Phoebe, comes from the country to
live with her in the house. Like a ray of sunshine, she lights up the house with her beauty, simplicity,
and free spiritedness After 30 years in prison, Hepzibah s brother, Clifford, is released and comes
home to the house of seven gables. He has a love for beauty but the years of seclusion had drawn out
the life from him and he became bitter and spiritless. Then he develops a special bond with Phoebe.
Despite the complexity of his personality, she understood him. A frequent visitor was Judge Jaffrey
Pyncheon. He resembled his ancestor, the colonel physically and in his greed and pretentiousness as
well. Yet, he pretends to be good natured and amiable. He insists that Clifford possessed the

Essay on Reverend Hale
Reverend Hale
The Crucible written by Arthur Miller is a play that takes place in the sixteen nineties during the
famous but tragic witch trials. Reverend Hale who is a minister and an expert of the demonic arts and
witchcraft is sent from East Hanover to Salem where there is a spreading fear of witchcraft. When
Hale arrives in Salem he finds the entire town in total chaos. At the beginning Hale is adamant in
believing that they re where witches and that nothing but good could come of his being there. Near the
end when the truth has been exposed, Hale with so much blood on his head pleads : I come to do the
Devil s work. I come to counsel Christians they should belie themselves. There is blood on my head!

After a few days of court Hale visits several households without the courts authority, and goes to John
Proctors house to have a few words with John and his wife . At the end of the talks Proctor states :
And why not, if they must hang for denying it? There are them that will swear to anything before they
ll hang ; have you never thought of that? (69).
Hale knows that people will confess to anything to avoid being hanged, and he is deeply troubled
when he learns of Abigail s motifs for revenge. Respected people have told Hale that the trials are non
sense. He has tried to find holes in these people s reasoning, so he can be reassured he hasn t made a
big mistake in his aiding of the conviction of these people, but their reasoning is completely logical.
Hale becomes more aware of the truth near the end of Act II, when Giles Corey and Francis Nurse
report that their wives have been taken away. Reverend Hale is surprised, but disturbed by the news
because he thought of Rebecca as surely being innocent when he met her. He says that, if Rebecca
Nurse be tainted, then nothing s left to stop the whole greenworld from burning (71). Hale then tries to
explain her arrest by saying (in great pain) : Man remember, until an hour before the Devil fell, God
thought him beautiful in Heaven (71).
At this point Hale hopes that the trials are legitimate, and tries to account for unusual happenings, but
things just do not add up. The nail is put in the coffin in terms

  • 2. Solar Energy in Kazakhstan Essay Introduction In 21st century almost all devices work with electricity. Electricity makes activity of people easier and more comfortable. Moreover, it plays a great role in development of medicine, science, education, transport and other spheres of human s life. However, electricity production is becoming more and more problematic because the biggest part of energy for electricity is produced by natural resources, which are neither infinite nor renewable. It means that one day mineral reserves can run out, and, as a result, there will be risk of possible energy crisis. This situation stimulates humanity to transfer to renewable power system. Countries around the world are promoting sustainable energy policies, particularly to reduce ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Moreover, there are almost 3000 hours of sunshine per year, while energy from solar radiation is 1500 1800 kW/m2/year (Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) 1997). Despite the very appropriate conditions for realization of solar energy, this resource is little used. So, Kazakhstan should pay attention to the adoption of renewable energy supply system to the daily life and make a compelling choice between photovoltaic technology of converting sunlight into usable form and concentrated solar thermal plants in an economically and environmentally advantageous way. Hence, this paper will evaluate to what extent is solar energy suitable and viable source of carbon free energy for Kazakhstan. Also different types of technologies necessary to make the conversion of solar energy into electricity will be examined, particularly concentrated solar power will be considered as a possible solution to the existing situation and possible energy problems in Kazakhstan. Main Body Dependence on coal, oil and gas and other natural resources pose a threat to the future with air pollution, changes in climate and economic instability due to the fluctuations of fuel prices. Instead of wagering on unreliable fuel materials, people should learn how to use planet s infinite sources of renewable energy effectively. Solar energy is recognized as the most promising alternative energy in the world. The popularity of sunlight energy is attributed with inexhaustibility of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. The Effect Of Shallow And Deep Levels Of Processing On... Abstract This was a study conducted at IUP on undergraduate students to see if processing information at certain levels would improve memory recall. During the study, we presented the participants with a PowerPoint of information on a made up country. The participants was randomly assigned to a shallow, medium, or deep processing instruction, which explained to them how to take notes throughout the presentation. After, students recieved a distractor task for 15 minutes, and after given a multiple choice test on the information showed on the slides. The results showed that there was no significant difference between note taking instructions and the number of correct answers. All three task instructions in the study showed similar means on the recall test. Effects of Shallow to Deep Levels of Processing on Memory Recall Sources Craik and Lockhart (1972) conducted a study where they first introduced the theory of depth of processing, also known as levels on processing. They said that memory processing had levels ranging from shallow to deep. They said that people processed words at a shallow, moderate or deep level. Shallow processing, also known as structural encoding, is when physical features of the information is analyzed. They found that information is usually forgotten because the processing does not involve meaning, so it creates memory that is weak, resulting in information being harder to retrieve. One way to define moderate processing, also known as ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Black Theater By William Henry Brown 1.) During 1821 and 1926 Black Theater is determined in two different definitions. The first definition for Black Theater came about in 1821, and in Manhattan by the American Grove Theater founded by William Henry Brown. The definition for black theater was created by African Americans, for African American audience and about topics that are important to the African American community. At this point in time, African Americans were enslaved throughout America. African Americans did not have much rights, so the definition created by African Americans was significant to show that they have a voice too, for African American audience and about topics that are important to the African American community can be depicted so that African Americans could rise up and overcome the Slavery system. This definition could have been geared towards African Americans being hopeful or having something to be happy about. Most significantly, for all African Americans coming together to see these playwrights would educate black people and hopefully inspire them to create better lives for themselves together. Slavery and racial discrimination towards blacks has to be the most that contributed to this definition. The other definition was created in 1926 by W.E.B Du Bois through the Krigwa players in Harlem. This definition for black theater was for, by, about, near us. Jackie Fredericks states, November 19, 1863 On this day, President Abraham Lincoln gave a very short speech that is now one of the most famous in the English language. (Fredericks). This speech has many messages throughout it. The message of unity and that we all need to be united as one. Acceptance, knowing that you who you are and others need to accept you and you need to accept others. And death, realizing that it will happen and you cannot get away from it, be prepared, but live your life to the fullest. There are three important messages from The Gettysburg Address, by Abraham Lincoln. The first message in The Gettysburg Address is unity. We are all one country, one world, we should all be treated the same. Whites and blacks are equal, no discrimination. This quote makes me look at Gretzky as an audacious and perilous individual. It is understandable why he abides by this quote because it must have helped him take chances and become a professional ice hockey player. It must have helped him because if he did not take any chances, he could have missed out on the opportunity to become a ice hockey player. This quote refers to a crucial life lesson that people should learn and practice. This life lesson would be to take chances when you have the opportunity or else you will have already failed on that opportunity. I acquiesce with this quote because in the book, ... • 9. Knowing God by J.I Packer In this modern day, many people claim to be Christians, but I believe that there is a distinction between Christians and disciples . Throughout my day, I ve realised that almost any person can call themselves Christians, but to be called a disciple is completely different. To call yourself a Christian you carry the gift of salvation with authenticity. A disciple also carries the responsibility of living in holiness. As scripture shows us in Hebrews 12:14 follow peace with all man, and holiness, without which no man shall see The Lord. Therefore there are various distinctions between those who claim they are Christian and those who are truly disciples. One value that the disciple must hold dear to his life is that he/she should know God, and J.I. packer shows us how to know The Lord by introducing us to the study of God. Packer begins his proposal to know God by explaining the study of God and his divinity, which is theology. He explains that the theory of theology should begin to humble one s mind, which expanding it. Packer states that he who often thinks of God, will have a larger than the others. This also implies the distinction on christians and disciples. Packer then introduces five basic, interesting principles for genuinely knowing God. The first principle is the bible. The bible is Gods word here on earth, many many times, all the answer we need for any type of afflicting dilemma can be found in Gods word. I totally agree with J.I. Packer when he ... • 10. The American Internal Revenue System and Computer Discount... IRS Data Warehouse Improvements 1. Why is it so difficult for the IRS to analyze the taxpayer data it had collected? The very complex process of assessing taxpayer data had increasingly been compounded by the sheer enormity of tax returns and files requiring assessment. The prodigious nature of this task is only further confounded by the imperative upon the IRS to subject a dense set of permutations of taxpayer information to scrutiny. Until the installment of the CDW system, the use of flat file and hierarchy based database systems made complex user queries on these multifarious permutations of taxpayer information nearly impossible. The result was both that individuals likely to require audits had been overlooked and that in many cases individuals who are otherwise innocent of any taxpayer indiscretions had been subjected to these review processes. The large scale of data and the somewhat obtuse ways of navigating said data had led to an impasse of efficiency. 2. What kind of challenges did the IRS encounter when implementing its CDW? What management, organization, and technology issues had to be addressed? In spite of this clear impasse, the case study here observes that it can be exceptionally difficult to convince a government agency that reformation is required. The case study describes agencies as being risk averse in this regard. This aversion is only magnified by a $2 million price tag on the data warehousing implementation and by the costs to labor, ... Target Market Segments For Ecostar Target Market Segments for Ecostar To ensure successful marketing for the Ecostar, it is most crucial to identify the best target market segment for this new automobile. When it comes to buying hybrid automobiles, there are certain customers who would more likely be interested in purchasing this kind of vehicle. Identifying the best target market segments will allow Nighthawk Motors to better strategize how to attract potential customers. The best group that should be targeted for marketing for the Ecostar is the middle class. Middle class consumers have certain values in mind when they are making purchases. While they are able to live comfortably, they still want to have the best quality products for the amount of money that they spend. Low class consumers are more likely to buy automobiles that are used due to higher financial restrictions (Blombäck, 2005). While high class consumers are likely to buy new automobiles, they are also more likely to buy luxury brand automobiles (Blombäck, 2005). Because Ecostar is a new automobile, middle class consumers are the best target market as they are more likely to look to purchase a new automobile that is also cost efficient. Another target segment are consumers who are environmentally conscious. Hybrid automobiles pose many benefits that environmentally conscious consumers can appreciate. • 16. Analysis Of Raisin In The Sun Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry Raisin in the Sun is a play on Broadway that tells about a tragedy faced by an African American. The play is about Youngers family that lives in the ghetto and one that is at crossroads following the death of Younger s father. Mother Lena Younger and her children reside in a cramped apartment in a poverty stricken district in Chicago. Her grown up children include Water Lee and Beneatha. The life insurance that matured following the death of Lena s husband earns the family ten thousand dollars, and everybody is eagerly waiting for the full payment. The question that the entire family is faced with is whether the money should be invested in supporting studies of her daughter through the medical school, the business deal with the sons, or other dreams. The family is faced with conflicts, particularly amongst the siblings as they seek to establish whose dream is superior. It becomes more difficult for Lena to make the right decision in the midst of the conflict because her wish is to please everyone. The play is about the black family that struggles with racial prejudice and economic hardship. The underlying importance of the play is in the way it shows the value of dreams, importance of family, and racial discrimination. The further one gets in reading the play, the more there is to learn about the Youngers. The vision and dream of all the Younger family is one of either making or breaking the family based on their independent choices. Though each member of Younger family had a dream, the dreams were distinct from each other. The dream of Mama was that of owning a nice house that has a beautiful backyard just like they wished with the husband. Mama felt that her dream was helpful to her entire family because they would be able to take good care of Travis and make him grow up to become a great man in the neighborhood. The only person that thought about the family was Lena. Ruth, on the other hand, was not a member of the blood family but always wanted the best for everyone. Ruth s dream rhymed with that of Lema. We both went to the same high school and went on numerous double dates but not with each other. However once we were single a mutual friend thought it would be a good idea to finally hook us up, but I was afraid nothing was going to work out considering I was still a senior in high school and he was a freshman in college. However I decided to take the chance and go on a date, and to my surprise it was one of the best dates of my life. Everything between us clicked, we had the same interest to similar personalities, and since that date we were irresistible. Dakota and I were known as the power couple, my friends where jealous of our relationship and I could not be happier. However it was not until spring semester of my freshman year when things started to change. Beginning with the colonial Americans, who believed that some chastisement was okay, and proceeding until today, when domestic violence has been outlawed, help for the abused and prevention of abuse has been a long struggle (Proquest Staff). The Cycle of Violence is one of the main psychological factors that keeps victims in the relationship, it tricks women into believing that their relationship will change and become loving. The Cycle of Violence theory was introduced by Lenore Walker in her book, The Battered Woman, in 1979. This book states that there are three phases that an abusive relationship cycles through: the tension building phase, the battering phase, and the honeymoon/make up period (Haley and Stein 81). The tension building phase is the time period where tension increases before the most physically abusive stage. Family support is important as well, A Teen with an adequate support network of friends, family, and religious affiliations, peer groups or extracurricular activities may have an outlet to deal with everyday frustrations, but many teen s don t believe they have that, and feel disconnected and isolated from family and friends. These teens have an increased risk for suicide (kidsHealth.org). Additionally the issue of sexuality and an unsupportive family or peer group is also detrimental to the teen s psyche and plays a major role in teen suicide. Lastly, sudden trauma in a teen s life is very influential on a suicide decision. The loss of a parent, sibling, or loved one can cause the teen to react by committing or attempting suicide. Teenagers are more at risk because they are in a stage of growth in their lives, and thus the depression or trauma can create a feeling of isolation in their mind. In most cases there are ways to detect when a person is planning to commit suicide before they actually carry it out. Teen suicide can be prevented when the warning signs are recognized early on. Manual Sizing Of Analog Blocks There is around 10 to 200 real valued parameters in an analog circuit, and value of these parameters must be set in order to meet the specification .Circuit sizing is the process of setting these parameters. for example a simple two stage operational amplifier has around 12 parameters ,which includes width, length and passive component values of all transistors which have to be set to achieve specifications such as CMRR(common mode rejection ratio), gain, power ,area ,bandwidth ,noise ,settling time ,offset value and slew rate . Teaching with Sign Language The most common educational teaching method for the deaf is to use a combination of both American Sign Language (ASL) and English in the classroom. The signing of the English language is called Pidgen Sign Language (PSL) or Signed Exact English (SEE). ASL is the accepted language of the deaf in America and the preferred method of communication for the majority of the deaf culture. It is a language of concepts instead of actual forming of sentences and has no relation to English. ASL has a topic comment syntax, while English uses subject object verb (Nakamura, 2002). In this format, they are able to understand each other best, but this can also cause problems for education. The downside to ASL is that there is no use of sentence structure, so this is where a combination of ASL with English comes in the education picture. This system of bilingual teaching (Mason, 1995) with ASL and SEE teaches the children English, the language of the United States, but by using many of the signs of ASL. The students are taught with the signs and concepts of ASL but in areas like reading and writing, SEE and the grammar rules of English are learned and applied. To gain proper and effective research on how technology impacts the lives of children with disabilities in an academic setting using qualitative descriptive research methods. There are three different ways to conduct qualitative research. Participant observation is appropriate for collecting data on naturally occurring behaviors in their natural environment, such a school, work, or home setting. In depth interviews are best for collecting data on individuals personal histories, perspectives, and experiences for certain topics being researched. They also chose to focus on the religious orders and the authority of the Pope to deal with the abstract Bible centered Protestantism.
