A mural is more than just a painting on the wall. Murals bring together a sense of community and
make the city a more welcoming place. According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, the word mural
means a painting or other work of art that is directly executed on to a wall. In many aspects, murals
originated from graffiti, which comes from the Latin word graffio, meaning scratching or scribbling.
Mural Arts programs are popping up in cities across the nation. However, I decided to focus on two

Princess Pea gives Roscuro an evil look, and that evil look is what makes him not forgive her. The
imagery provided is crucial to the story because by Roscuro not forgiving Princess Pea he is left with
the darkness in his heart that is unrepairable. Although, Roscuro did not forgive the Pea, she in fact did
forgive him at the end of the novel and at that point Roscuro is redeemed for the damage he has done.

Answer/Thesis: While there are many gasses that human activities emit directly into the atmosphere,
some major gasses which are causing harm in the atmosphere and resulting in the increased
greenhouse effect are:
Carbon dioxide: It is originated by burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas, though
deforestation is also a very significant contributor.
Methane: It is due to agriculture (especially livestock and rice fields), fossil fuel extraction and the
decay of organic waste in landfill sites.
