The Unique Habits Of Migration, Feeding, And Behavior Of...
Because of the unique habits in migration, feeding, and behavior of certain populations orca have been
classified into several distinct population types. (Note: This term type should not be confused with the
method of delineating different physical features and coloration in orcas which are referred to as Type
A , Type B , etc. ). Residency types are becoming so divergent that it is likely that O. orca will be split
into a number of different species or at least subspecies over the next few years. (IUCN, 2008). The
population types are as follows: Resident: Most commonly found around coastal waters of the
Northeast Pacific. These orca eat mainly fish and occasionally squid. Residents travel in family groups
called pods and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Their range tends to overlap the areas in which Resident type and Offshore type are found. Transient
type tend to have less apparent dialect (see Communication and Sensory Systems) and less variable
localization. Females have a more triangular dorsal which is used to identify them against Resident
type. Transient diet consists almost exclusively of marine mammals including sea lions, other
pinnipeds, porpoises, other dolphins, but rarely includes non
mammals such as marine birds, penguins,
squid, and fish . 11 12 13 11 **author s note: In this paper to prevent confusion, when referring to a
type based on physical appearance the phrase will be capitalized and bolded e.g. Type B. 12 Taylor, B.

Immigration Argumentative Essay
When immigration was controlled, measured, and coupled with a confident approach to assimilation,
America not only survived but thrived. Various ethnic groups enriched America with diverse art, food,
music, and literature while accepting a common culture of American values and institutions (Hanson).
America has always been known for being a melting pot, considering it is a country filled with many
diversities. Little do we know that with diversity arises many problematic situations. Although there
are many people who strive to find common ground, it seems that with the way ignorant people think,
we will never really find it.
The prevalence of immigration has increased in the past couple of years, but recently, there are
upcoming regulations ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Immigrants have also developed and improved technologies and companies because most are
engineers, scientists, and innovators looking for a way to improve the lives of many and to make an
impact in the world. According to the Census Bureau, immigrants take up 33 percent of engineers, 27
percent of mathematicians, statisticians, and computer scientist, and 24 percent of physical scientists.
Additionally, immigrant innovators have contributed to more than 75 percent of patents in universities.
There is an ongoing controversy that claims immigrants are taking Americans jobs , but that is not the
case. Most immigrants are actually more than willing to do twice the work that Americans are not in
the job forces that they are placed in. This is because the difference of wages. For example,
compensation in the US for a manufacturing job is actually six times higher than in Mexico. Despite
some of the mistreatment and poor working conditions, immigrants are still willing to put in twice the
effort so they can benefit themselves and their families. Immigration should not be prohibited in the
United States because it is a fundamental part of the very foundation that this country was built on.
Immigration fuels our economy, creates more jobs, and shapes how the rest of the world views the
United States. This country is part of a constantly shifting culture and to strip this place of immigrants
would also strip this country s diversity and

Hume on Custom Habit
First Paper Assignment; Hume on Customs and Habits Custom, then, is the great guide of human life.
It is that principle alone which renders our experience useful to us, and makes us expect, for the
future, a similar train of events with those which have appeared in the past. Without the influence of
custom, we should be entirely ignorant of every matter of fact beyond what is immediately present to
the memory and senses. We should never know how to adjust means to ends, or to employ our natural
powers in the production of any effect. There would be an end at once of all action, as well as of the
chief part of speculation. (Hume, Enquiry) Hume is a philosopher who believes in the Copy Principle.
That all ideas derive from vivid ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Hume has concluded that Customs and Habits attained from past experience are necessary for us to
navigate about the world. When these experiences are repeated and the outcomes are consistent, we
build a causal relation between the ideas and naturally accept the Principle of Uniformity of Nature.
With this we have created a custom by which grants us the reason to look forward to and expect for
the future. The absence of custom and expectance may lead to a meaningless and aimless life.

Complete my.blog 3.1 (45), my.blog 3.2 (36), my.blog 3.3 (53). What did you discover about your
value orientation that you did not know before? After completing my.blog 3.1, I learned several things.
The first thing is that I am individualistic, meaning that I have a tendency to emphasize my individual
identity over a group identity. The second was that I am small power distance oriented, meaning I tend
to value equal power distributions, equal rights and relations, and equitable rewards and punishments
on the basis of performance. Third, I learned that Ii have feminine patterns, meaning that I emphasize
flexible sex roles when it comes to behaviors. Finally, I learned that I have a strong uncertainty
avoidance, meaning I prefer clear procedures, and conflict, avoidance behaviors. Overall, I think this
is basically spot on. I do tend to want equal rights, and rewards/punishments based on performance,
and I do really hate conflict. After completing my.blog 3.2, I also learned even more. After adding up
my scores, I found that I am a bicultural value person. Neither my individualism score or my
collectivism score was much different. This means that in certain situations when my value of self
reliance and personal freedom is the focus I may be more individualistic, while when it comes to
being sensitive to others needs, I may be more collectivist. After completing my.blog 3.3, I also
learned that doing, or action oriented, that when it comes to density I tend to be in

Susan Minot Summary
LUST.
Having read the story written by Susan Minot we come across a rather complicated character, to be
precise the narrator herself. The girl in the story has been studying in the boarding school. It is the
educational establishment of close type, so the process of growing proceeds differently. For example if
we compare the girls from public schools and the girls from boarding schools the latest will be more
dissolute. The main reason for this is the closed social environment which fluencies the young girls
minds. So let us look closer at the narrator she was ...good at such things like math or painting or even
sports, but the second a boy put his arm around her, she forgot about wanting to do anything else...
This phrase indicates the author s real attitude towards men and studying. She loved being in
relationships with young boys. Moreover, while being in the boarding school she had at least 5 or 6
partners. At the same time the narrator stresses that: Lots of boys, but never two at the same time. One
was plenty to keep you in a state. So for her a man is a tool, which can keep her in shape. To our way
of thinking it is a rather thoughtless attitude towards the relationship. Furthermore, from the
conversation with the headmistress Mrs. Gunther it becomes obvious that the narrator is astonished
having known that she has had only the one man for her life. But to be honest the headmistress has her
own understanding of the relations between the man and the woman, and it is

Every year a new producer is selected to produce the show and keep all the different functions on task
and meeting the targeted deadlines. Each year the producer must develop their own work schedule will
all tasks included that are required to meet the deadline of opening night. Due to the lack of formal
organization chart that outlines authority, control and report creates challenges as well open
communication among all functions is critical to ensure deadlines are being met. Given the timeframe
as to when budget is approved and the producer can proceed with tasks everything needs to run
smoothly and on time. There isn t much room to delay the start of tasks especially along the critical
paths to meet the opening night. Opening night is critical for the operetta as how it is performed will
lead to positive feedback in newspapers and talk around campus. Based on how it goes will lead to
more ticket sales for the following performances. With a majority of the tasks being completed by
volunteers, who have other obligations, results in little ability to push them for extra time to catch up
on tasks which are delayed. As well can t jeopardize the quality of the performance or sets due to
pushing the volunteers or putting the wrong people into roles they can t do. Poor quality does not fit
with what the operetta wants to showcase and could lead to poorer ticket sales. The USC sets the

Why The Earthquake Struck Chile
Have you ever felt the strongest earthquake happen? Well, the people in Chile had. An earthquake is a
sudden and violent shaking of the ground, causing great damage. The earthquake s magnitude reached
up to 9.5; a magnitude is the great size or extent of something. This earthquake was the strongest and
most powerful earthquake to ever exist, and to be fully recorded. The quake was named 1969 Valdivia
Earthquake. The reason why the earthquake had struck Chile was because the Nazca Plate collided
under the South American plate. (Richard Pallardy, Britannica), (Extreme Science)
The quake struck Chile at 7.11 P.M, the speed going at 100 miles per hour. By the ending of this
powerful earthquake, the damage caused 2 Million people to become homeless and killed around
5,000 6,000 people. This was just the first day; the following day there was another earthquake with a
magnitude of 8.5. They were able to record the quake on a Momentum Magnitude scale. (Paul

The damage that was destructed by the Chile quake was major. The quake caused around 500 Million
Dollars worth of destruction. Even though Chile has a lot of earthquakes, people s homes weren t
strong enough to go through the powerful quakes that were provoked. Of course, their homes were
destroyed and they became homeless in a flash. After the first and second earthquakes, many people
rushed to leave Chile quickly and safety, since they had no shelter. (Geology.com),

Toronto Blue Jays Essay
Can The Toronto Blue Jays Make Back To Back Playoff Appearances Last year a whole nation came
together to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays as they made their bid to win the World Series. It was a feat
that they had not accomplished in over 20 years. The excitement across Canada was unbelievable!
People from all over the country were travelling to Toronto and the opponent s city to show their
support for the Jays. Unfortunately, their efforts were cut short in a series loss to the Kansas City
Royals who ended up World Series Champions. Now with the 2016 season around the corner, can the
Blue Jays make it back to back playoff berths with the changes that have been made in the front office,
pitching rotation and player trades? ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Donaldson hit a .297 avg, hit 41 hrs and 123 RBIs in his first season as a Toronto Blue Jay which lead
to the nickname Bringer of rain . He was traded to the Jays in return for Canadian third baseman Brett
Lawrie. He was an amazing addition to the team with his great skills at third base and his awesome
batting skills. To repeat his remarkable season, Donaldson will need to work just as hard if not harder
than he did last year and stay healthy. It is extremely hard to repeat the same stats from year to year
especially when an injury could occur at anytime and sideline you. Donaldson maybe able to increase
his stats by making pitchers walk him more. This would help score more runs as well as win more
games. Will Donaldson go back to back as a MVP? Can he bring the rain once again this season?
Training camp has begun and fans are gearing up for another exciting season. They are hoping for a
repeat of last year s performance. People are already speculating that the Toronto Blue Jays are
contenders to win the World Series even with the changes that have been made in the club. Is it too
early to think about the playoffs and the World Series? Will the team be able to overcome the changes
that have been made? I guess only time will tell as the season progresses, but it should be interesting
to watch the team develop with the new management and

The Great Principles Of The American Revolution
The creation of the American nation became what it is today from years of struggle in which the
common people, as well as the Founding Fathers, played a vital part for independence. The promise of
the Revolution, a nation based on the republican ideals of liberty, independence, and equality, was to
some extent achieved. Yet the great principles of the Revolution have long shaped our thoughts of
what it means to be an American. All the events leading up and after the American Revolution will
have effects on the common people. The story of George Robert Twelves Hewes helps historians
comprehend the part that the common people played in their struggle for freedom and republican
ideals they wanted to achieve for the generations to come in the new nation. The common people were
important because if they didn t join John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and other wealthy leaders then
the American Revolution would have never taken place. The common people made up the bulk of the
Continental Army, without convincing the bulk of those people, they would have stayed loyal the King
George III. The common people in the colonial era of the United States were made mostly up of
people that worked in trade areas such as shoemakers, smiths, carpenters, and other trades within that
time. Most of them were poor, especially if a colonist was in the shoemaking trade. John Adams, said
that shoemaking was, too mean and diminutive an occupation, to hold a client of his who wanted to
rise in the world. 1

Leadership Corruption Of The United States
Leadership Corruption in American 1.1Introduction Corruption is almost legal and open in political
life of American. The political field of the United States is just as a big stage, on which those young
talent and who are in authority, show off as an old saying expressed, You just finished and I come on
the scene . However, there are doubts that people can hardly receive any hearing of news about a real
corruption in American, for the statesman do not corrupt in any unacceptable ways. In recent years,
many corruptive cases show frequent occurrence in America. It was only the tip of the iceberg. This
essay gives an analysis of leadership corruption from some specific examples. 2.1President Bush
Involved in the Case of AIRONGROUP,Inc Last December, the largest energy trading company
AIRON in the world made a record of 49.8 billion dollars on heritage protection. This case has
shocked the whole society and made the history of it. Recently, the details of the case are under a heat
discussion of American media. The misdeeds on trading, falsity on the profit reports and the close
relations with the Washington political circles were discovered thoroughly. What s even more
arresting is that the conflict was pointed at the President Bush and his government. The case itself was
equally considered as a political scandal as the water gate scandal and the Iran gate scandal. Bush had
to face the media reporters on person and announced that the justice department had already launched

The Fortune 500 Company chosen for this paper is the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Lockheed
Martin is a global securities and information technology company headquartered in Bethesda, MD.
Lockheed Martin employs roughly 126,000 people in several facilities throughout the world. The
company s main business is in research, design, development, manufacturing, integration and
sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. Lockheed consists of four
operating units, or business areas, which consist of Aeronautics, Electronic Systems, Information

Though revenues have increased by 3.8 percent over the 2009 revenues of $45,189 million, Lockheed
Martin s ranking has dropped from 44 in the 2010 Fortune 500 list (CNNMoney, 2011). So far in
2011, Lockheed Marin is positioned to have a great year. Its 2011 third quarter report shows net sales
at $12.1 billion, compared to the $11.3 billion in third quarter 2010. Continuing operations also grew
19 percent to $665 million, compared to $557 million in 2010. The CEO, Bob Stevens, stated that this
strong third quarter is the result of the company s focus to aggressively reduce costs while still
delivering value and support to its customers. Though there is still challenging global security and
economic issues, Stevens expects continued growth for 2012 (LMC, 2011).
Economic Forces
Lockheed Martin Corporation relies heavily on defense contracts from the U.S. Government. In fact,
84 percent of the company s net sales were made through being a prime contractor or subcontractor
for the U.S. Government. These sales come from both the Department of Defense (DoD) and non
DoD agencies. The next largest area of revenue is from foreign governments that make up 15 percent
of net sales. The remaining net sales come from commercial or other customer sales. A slow economy
could cause decline or reprioritization of funding for the U.S. defense budget. This is also true for

The Radio During World War I
The radio was never used more or for a much more important reason than during World War I and
World War II. Prior to the first world war war, many ships used the radio for communication. In the
early part of the 20th Century, amplification was one of the top concerns of the development of the
radio. Of course people were able to communicate with others hundreds of miles away, but the clarity
and amplification of the messages weren t necessarily as good as many had expected and counted on.
Often times, other means of communication like the telegraph were better off being used instead of the
radio. Because of that, Lee De Forest invented the Audion vacuum tube in 1906, and followed that up
one year later by adding his triode tube. According to

Racial Beliefs And Its Effect On Society
As a young girl, I have always associated white people with the quality of being rude or racist. For
example, not holding doors as I walked behind them or ignoring my friendly smiles and comments. I
vividly remember several occasions where I would be walking two steps being a Caucasian person
and they would fail to hold the door open allowing it to slam in my face. There is also an uneasy stare
that is given while shopping, such as following African Americans around the store to watch them
make sure they are not stealing. The belief that white people are rude is not limited to black people,
but other minorities as well because their cultural beliefs and practices are often disrespected.
The stereotype emerged from personal experiences throughout my daily life. My mother would also
agree that most individuals who are white are rude to minorities because of their sense of entitlement.
She would often have to console me because, at a young age, I would acknowledge the difference in
treatment I received. About other cultures, their cultural beliefs are often disregarded and are not given
the time to understand. When someone is not fluent in English, they are often disregarded instead of
taking the time is comprehend their statement. Blacks are typically characterized as thieves or
hoodlums, Muslims are terrorist, and Mexicans are all labor workers, which are incorrect statements
and over generalized.
As a result, thinking that most Caucasians are rude or racists prevents me

Teaching 1st Grade Students How to Count Rationally to 15
This essay will explore how I would teach a group of 10 first grade students to count rationally to 15
assuming that all of them are already able to count rationally to 10. I shall explain how I would ensure
that students understand each of the four rational counting principles of one to one correspondence,
the stable order rule, the order irrelevance rule, and the cardinality rule. I shall present an assessment I
would use to evaluate student mastery of rational counting to 15. Finally, I shall discuss how I would
adapt my instruction to accommodate English Language Learners (ELL) and students with learning
exceptionalities.

I shall repeat this several times until I formatively assess students are transitioning smoothly from one

5) I shall then instruct students to chorally say the numbers in sequence without me modeling as I

6) The final step in establishing the Stable Order Rule will be to repeat each step of this process
starting from the number 1 all the way to 15.
One to One Correspondence would be the next counting principle I would address in the following
manner:
1) I would place 15 dotes on the white board in an evenly spaced horizontal pattern.
2) I would explain to students that it is important to count each dot only once and by touching,
marking, or moving an item as it is being counted will help the person counting not miss an item or
count the same item twice by establishing one to one correspondence.
3) I would verbally model count the dots from left to right pointing to and touching each one as I said
it following the stable order rule.
7) I would then ask students to repeat after me as I slowly count and say each one from one all the
way to 15. This process will be repeated several times until I formatively assess all 10 students are
confidently restating each number name including the new ones.
8) I would then have students count chorally without my modeling as I point to each dot along the line
from left to right in order from the 1st to the 15th. I shall repeat

Essay on Violence and the Media
Violence and the Media
Television programming today can be a powerful influence in developing value systems and shaping
behavior (Bee, 1998: 261 262). Unfortunately, much of today s television programming is violent. For
instance, the level of violence during Saturday morning cartoons is higher than the level of violence
during prime time. There are about six to eight violent acts per hour during prime time, versus twenty
to thirty violent acts per hour on Saturday morning cartoons ( Killing Screens, 1994). Also, well
before children finish their grade school, they will witness up to 8,000 murders and 100,000 violent
acts on television (Levine, 1995: 143).
Moreover, children spend more time learning about life through media than in ... Show more content

For example, because young children do not understand the line between fantasy and reality, one may
find children crawling down storm drains looking for them [Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles] (Minow
LaMay, 1995: 33). This example clearly represents that children do not understand that their favorite
characters are only made up characters and that they do not exist in reality. However, many children
may act upon their favorite movie or film character in such way, that they will try to imitate them.
Young children instinctively imitate actions, or rather model human behavior by observation without
always possessing the intellect or maturity to determine if such actions are appropriate. For example,
in Bandura s modeling studies children expressed more aggressive behavior toward the blow up doll
called Bobo, when they observed an adult model verbally and physically attack the doll in real life, on
film, or in a cartoon (Westen, 1996: 206). Therefore, due to the televisions programs role model
capacity to promote real world violence, there is a deep concern that watching violent programs on
television will cause children to become more aggressive. As a result of viewing violent programs on
television, children may become more aggressive toward other children, use violence and
aggressiveness in their play, and use violence to solve their

Utilitarianism Benefits
Benefits of Utilitarianism According to the utilitarian theory it believes that the impartiality, fairness,
and greater social harmony requires us to balance our interests with those of others. In doing so,
utilitarianism provides an effective antidote for the evils of discrimination based on race, gender,
religion, and other unjust criteria. This means utilitarians try to find a way to make themselves and
others happy. The value of happiness for example, should be distributed to as many people as possible.
Considering this, I agree that using the utilitarianism theory will benefit a society in the distant future.
To begin with, negative consequences may be reached to receive a positive outcome. For instance,
there are five victims tied down to a railroad and there is a runaway trolley cart heading towards the
five victims. If there is a choice to divert that runaway trolley cart to kill that one victim instead of
those five, killing that one victim is considered ethical according to the utilitarian theory. Indeed,
diverting that runaway trolley from attacking those five victims is a better outcome for the society
rather than saving that one sufferer. The reason that is, those five victims are now able to create a
society that is far ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

based on how many victims there were. Bentham himself writes, prejudice apart, the game of pushpin

Bentham believed that pleasure has no lesser or higher value. The principle of utility states that

Edgar Allen Poe s use of personification and irony helps create a sinister tone in his short story, The
Tell Tale Heart . While standing motionless in the old man s room, the narrator thinks that he knew
what the old man felt, and pitied him, although I chuckled at heart (Poe 3). This shows that the
narrator s insane excitement at the chance to kill the old man outweighs his compassion for him
through the use of irony, the contrast between sympathy and killing intent also helps define his
character as an insane man with no morals. He is able to shove aside his compassion to get the job

recurring theme of denial continuously reminds the reader that life is precious and to never take
anything for granted. William Faulkner s A Rose for Emily focuses on the life and death of Emily
Grierson. Although the story begins with her death, the details of her life are revealed through several
elements. Emily is ultimately jilted by the man she falls in love with, Homer Barron, and poisons him
to ensure a lifelong commitment. A similar theme appears within Katherine Anne Porter s The Jilting
of Granny Weatherall Ellen Weatherall, is on her deathbed as the story begins. The narrator discusses
Granny s life and the struggles she faced in the past. As Granny lays upon her deathbed, she recalls all
the things she has to do and all the chores she has left undone. She also remarks the element of
surprise at the fact that death has come upon her. Not only do these two stories repeatedly use
elements such as symbolism and foreshadowing the authors create a relatively similar theme that not
only delivers a powerful message but is a timeless classic. Throughout the story, A Rose for Emily the
narrator tells the story from an unnamed narrator s perspective while sharing the town s feelings. This
makes the reader feel immersed in the town they are reading about

Problems Associated With Comorbidities And Its Effects On...
Closely associated with comorbidities, is the concept of addressing any vulnerabilities or hurdles that
consumers might face, not only in undertaking treatment, but in their day to day life. These hurdles
include such things as impairments in vision, hearing or coordination.11 Another core concept that is
pertinent to consider in management of these young people is to recognise that they are in an
incredibly dynamic phase of development. Each individual will be referred at a different emotional,
psychological and physiological stage, and each individual will evolve, mature and develop at a
different trajectory. The clinician must take this development into consideration to ensure firstly, that
the treatment is appropriate for the individual s current level of development, and secondly, that the
treatment considers the likely development course, and evolves with this development.12 In my own
clinical experience, it is not uncommon for families, schools and organisations to present in crisis,
with the hope of obtaining immediate answers and rapid improvements. However, despite these many
agendas, it is important for clinicians to have a clear mind and sound knowledge of human learning
and behaviour modification. With both the psychological and neurobiological understanding of the
formation of learnt behaviours and habit formation, it is crucial that both the clinician and the
consumers are aware of the need for appropriate treatment durations, and understand that it may take

History of the Telegraph Essay
The electric telegraph is a now outdated communication system that was used to transmit electric
signals over wires from location to location that translated into a message by people at stations.
The non electric telegraph was invented by Claude Chappe in 1794. This system was visual and used a
semaphore, an alphabet based on flag language, and depended on a line of sight for communication.
This optical telegraph was replaced by the electric telegraph, eventually.
In 1809, a crude telegraph was invented in Bavaria by Samuel Soemmering. He used 35 wires with
gold electrodes in water and at the receiving end 2000 feet the message was read by the amount of gas
caused by electrolysis. In 1828, the first telegraph in the USA. was ... Show more content on

However, it was Samuel Morse that would go down in history for bettering Joseph Henry s invention.
Samuel made sketches of a magnetized magnet based on Henry s work. He then went on to invent a
telegraph system that was a practical and commercial success.
Samuel Morse
While he was a professor of arts and design at the New York University in 1835, Samuel Morse
proved that signals could be transmitted by wire. He used impulses of electrical current to deflect an
electromagnet, which moved a marker to produce written codes on a strip of paper thus the invention
of Morse Code. The following year, the device was modified to emboss the paper with dots and
dashes. Samuel gave a public demonstration in 1838, but it was not until five years later that the
Congress funded $30,000 to construct an experimental telegraph line from Washington to Baltimore, a
distance of 40 miles.
Six years later, members of Congress witnessed the sending and receiving of messages over part of the
telegraph line. Before the line had reached Baltimore, the Whig party held its national convention
there, and on May 1, 1844, nominated Henry Clay. This news was hand carried to Annapolis Junction
(between Washington and Baltimore) where Samuel s partner, Alfred Vail, wired it to the Capitol. This
was the first news dispatched by electric telegraph.
Samuel Morse is best known as the inventor of the

How Does Sleep Affect The Brain
We know that brain is the part of our body that never sleeps. We know that when we sleep our brain is
very active. Sleep affects our daily activities. Our functional abilities, physical and our mental state
affected in many ways from our sleep. There are still many unexplored areas now science is beginning
to understand and relevant to the effects of sleep in our lives. Sleep is controlled by groups of neurons
found in the brain stem. These neurons produce chemicals, such as serotonin and norepinephrine,
which belong to the class of neurotransmitters. Whether you sleep or awake, controlled by
neurotransmitters. The same substances regulate and which parts of the brain will operate

Purpose of the study: Stress and anxiety in the realm of teaching profession has a long history and
many scholars devoted themselves to find out more about the nature of the problem, its effects and
subsequently to offer some coping strategies to sooth the level of tension. However, English language
teaching as one of the most populated discipline in the realm of teaching practicum seems to be
ignored by most researchers and the issue of occupational stress is likely to be in its infancy in the
field of EFL/ESL. To this end, the present study is designed to probe into the stress related subject
matters among EFL/ESL teachers. More precisely, the researcher will try to examine the level of job
related stress among English language teachers across Iranian and New Zealander contexts. The
amount of stress perceived by EFL/ESL teachers can have different origins affected by numerous
internal and external factors. Therefore, an attempt will be made to highlight the most important stress
provoking factors which can give a better insight for the professionals in the field to tackle the
problem more effectively. Finding the sources of stress can help the stake holders to provide the
teachers with useful tools in addressing the problem and ease the way of learning and teaching for the

The Novel Feed
A Perfect Dystopia
The novel Feed by M.T. Anderson is about the dystopian future where the internet is constantly
feeding into the characters brains and is something that they ultimately cannot live without . Titus, one
of the main characters in the book, starts off on going on a trip to the moon with several of his friends.
The moon is a place that is advertised on the feed as this marvelous place to visit, full of laughter,
parties, loud music, and lights, but Titus views the moon as dull, lifeless and dismal. This reveals Titus
s personality, as he is coming to hook up with someone in the same intimate status as himself. Which
he meets a girl who he watches from a distance and concludes she is perfect. Her name is Violet, and it

The distinct parenting styles throughout Feed reveal how parental guidance impacts children s identity
and emotional stability.
The lack of nourishment from their parents causes the children in feed to lose a sense of identity and
have a need for new consumer goods on the market. Denied an education, the young people of Feed
are trained not as citizens but as consumers, while shadowy political forces seek to undermine the
corrupt world of the novel. In effect, then, the dystopian setting of feed is a state of emptiness where
the young are offered consumerism as a substitute for participation in citizenship (Braddford 129). It
is like today s new generations that are constantly on their phones; people cannot live without them.
Author Anne Marrie Hacht describes, [I]n Feed, he turns his attention to a future that any modern
reader would recognize. Shopping is the rage. Television and computers are popular; they are so
popular, in fact, that everyone is equipped with a direct brain connection to them at birth (1). The
advertisements that are streamed on the feed twist the truth and draw the characters away from reality.
Titus receives a glimpse of reality when he travels to the moon, he says, I remember that in the
banners looked goldy and sparkling, but as we walked down to the luggage, all the air vents were
streaked with black (Anderson 8). However Violet, Titus s girlfriend, has a different view on the
world.

Mishim A Life In Four Chapters
Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters is a film based on both the life of Yukio Mishima and three of the
books that he wrote during his career as an acclaimed Japanese author. The four books with stories
featured in the film are The Temple of the Golden Pavilion, Kyoko s House, and Runaway Horses.
The film uses several different stylistic devices to represent the shift in narrative from Mishima s life
to his stories, such as how flashbacks to his past are depicted in black and white, while the present day
and the stories from his novels are in color. Each story is also used to reflect a certain time or strongly
held belief in Mishima s life, such as how the protagonist in Runaway Horses is also obsessed with
returning Japan to its imperial past. The movie showcases several different characteristics of Japanese
culture, such as the importance of Kinkaku ji, the carrying of swords, and sexuality. Mishima: A Life
in Four Chapters was directed and primarily produced by Americans, including the famous George
Lucas serving as an executive producer. This could be surprising to some viewers because the film ...

1. Aggregate to form a whole from several parts, to collect, gather or group. ...collects IP addresses for
system administration, to report aggregate information to our advertisers, sponsors, and partners, and
to audit the use of our site. ( Pearson Education, Inc., 2000 2014). Aggregated data is often used to
analyze research findings and look for patterns.
2. Anonymized describing data that has been altered to become unidentifiable to protect
confidentiality. Important in this mix is that student information, even information in the form of
anonymized meta data (or massive amounts of data reported without linking specific information and
individuals), is valuable to marketers interested in selling products and services to students and their
families. (Molnar Boninger, 2015). Anonymized data is an important ethical consideration when
reporting on human subjects to protect their privacy and to keep the results generalized.
3. Canon an agreed upon body of principles, rules, standards, or norms developed by an authority

Analyze The Relationship Between 1890-1920 Immigration And...
The relationship between immigration, urbanization, and industrialization became dominantly
significant by the launch of the Progressive Era between the years 1890 and 1920. Immigration
increased at a staggering rate in which millions of immigrants from Western Europe, Southern Europe,
and Eastern Asia sough economic opportunities. The United States, in the era, experienced large
portions of its lands altered into massive cities with expanding industrial infrastructures. Despite these
factors having greatly transformed American life, the nation s inhabitants have only begun to realize
the consequences for such an inevitable step of progress. Immigration had always been viewed as

However, this was accounted by many of the cities in the New England and Middle states, but with the
connection of the Pacific and Atlantic Coasts by railroads, urbanization increased extensively
throughout western United States. In addition, the Homestead Act in 1862 influenced many Americans
to settle out in the West in which as a result allowed possibility for Western urbanization. New
innovations, such as the Bessemer Process and the assembly line, provided new techniques of
transportation, and stronger and larger infrastructures that dramatically transformed older cities into
very massive and much more complex urbanized areas. Ironic to immigration, very poor Africans and
even Whites that were already living in the United States fled to the north to seek job opportunities
and to escape discrimination due to enhanced laws caused by the Plessy v. Ferguson Supreme Court
case in 1896. The large scale wave of migrants, also called the Great Migration , intensively increased
the urban population thus contributed to overcrowding and unsanitary living conditions. Not only did
the population in cities increase, but the businesses and industries that have been established in those
certain cities started to quickly expand across the nation, in which eventually gave rise to

The Reign Of The Byzantine Empire
1) The Byzantine emperors were more powerful than previous Roman emperors because the
Byzantine emperors inherited imperial law, which were only provincial forms of Roman law that
survived in the west. Also, the emperors were able to transition smoothly into the role of all powerful
Christian monarchs.
2) The Byzantine Empire post 600 CE can be categorized as a beleaguered empire because they only
had a single ruler who endowed with supreme legal and religious authority was able to prevent the
breakup of the Eastern Empire. Also, the loss and decreased of the populous provinces lessened the
power of the empire. The Byzantine emperors then were encountered with new enemies from the
north and south, while the relations worsened between the emperor and the popes and kings of western
Europe.
3) Political, economic and social transformations that were caused in the Byzantine Empire by the
plague of Justinian , the 7th century epidemics, and the loss of Egypt and Syria had a long effect on
the empire. The plague of Justinian was a bubonic plague that spread throughout the community,
while killed most of the population of the empire. The 7th century epidemic went through a gradual
and less conspicuous social transformation. Lastly, the loss of Egypt and Syria was also caused by the
gradual and less conspicuous social transformation that has set in.
4) Similarities that existed in the 7th century between the treatment of women in the Byzantine
Empire and women bordering

Foreign Banking in the United States
There are several basic organizations through which a foreign banking organization such as D. Beers
Bank of South Africa may engage in banking activities or business to varying degrees in the United
States under federal law. Options for entity formation include: representative offices, agencies,
branches, Edge Act and Agreement international banking corporations, commercial lending
companies, and subsidiaries of bank or financial holding companies. Under California law the offices
of foreign banks are divided into classes and ranked roughly according to the activities that each class
may engage in. These categories are: representative offices, non depository agencies, depository
agencies, limited branch offices, wholesale branch offices, and retail branch offices. D. Beers has
narrowed down that he wants a branch or subsidiary, but within those types of bank charters there are
further distinctions
A branch is a legal and operational extension of its parent foreign bank. A branch may engage in a
wide range of bank activities such as: trading and investment activities, accepting wholesale and
foreign deposits, granting credit and acting as a fiduciary. A branch may not engage in retail deposit
taking activities. A branch is cheaper to establish than a separately chartered bank subsidiary because a
separate capital investment is not required, and the legal and accounting costs of maintaining a
separate corporation can be avoided. In addition, a branch may make larger loans

Pergamon Altar To Zeus Analysis
The Pergamon altar to Zeus, was once was apart of the great Pergamon Palace that was a library to
200,000 scrolls and garrison of soldiers that use to reside in Pergamon city in the 2nd century B.C. I
will be performing a visual analysis on one of the friezes depicted in the Pergamon altar of Zeus
showing the Goddess Athena, who helped Olympus fight against the titans. In this essay I will explore
how the Pergamon frieze is a metaphor for the victory of greek culture over the unknown, the
unspoken fear of the greeks against the chaotic forces of nature by looking at the movement of lines,
illusionistic space and virtuoso sculpting here of the human body.
Athena greek goddess of war and wisdom was one of the most powerful goddesses in the greek
pantheon, and as said, by her birth, came fully armed from the head of zeus, which had inspired the
common representation of her shown in armour, helmet, spear, and with a shield. She also held the
head of Gorgon Medusa over her aegis. She was an embodiment of wisdom, reason, and purity. And
by being her father s favorite, she was allowed to use his weapons and thunderbolt. ... Show more

the other side watches in fear for her son as she s completely at Athena s mercy. Athena s collected

  • 2. The Unique Habits Of Migration, Feeding, And Behavior Of... Because of the unique habits in migration, feeding, and behavior of certain populations orca have been classified into several distinct population types. (Note: This term type should not be confused with the method of delineating different physical features and coloration in orcas which are referred to as Type A , Type B , etc. ). Residency types are becoming so divergent that it is likely that O. orca will be split into a number of different species or at least subspecies over the next few years. (IUCN, 2008). The population types are as follows: Resident: Most commonly found around coastal waters of the Northeast Pacific. These orca eat mainly fish and occasionally squid. • 3. Immigration Argumentative Essay When immigration was controlled, measured, and coupled with a confident approach to assimilation, America not only survived but thrived. Various ethnic groups enriched America with diverse art, food, music, and literature while accepting a common culture of American values and institutions (Hanson). America has always been known for being a melting pot, considering it is a country filled with many diversities. Little do we know that with diversity arises many problematic situations. Although there are many people who strive to find common ground, it seems that with the way ignorant people think, we will never really find it. The prevalence of immigration has increased in the past couple of years, but recently, there are upcoming regulations ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Immigrants have also developed and improved technologies and companies because most are engineers, scientists, and innovators looking for a way to improve the lives of many and to make an impact in the world. According to the Census Bureau, immigrants take up 33 percent of engineers, 27 percent of mathematicians, statisticians, and computer scientist, and 24 percent of physical scientists. Additionally, immigrant innovators have contributed to more than 75 percent of patents in universities. There is an ongoing controversy that claims immigrants are taking Americans jobs , but that is not the case. Most immigrants are actually more than willing to do twice the work that Americans are not in the job forces that they are placed in. This is because the difference of wages. For example, compensation in the US for a manufacturing job is actually six times higher than in Mexico. Despite some of the mistreatment and poor working conditions, immigrants are still willing to put in twice the effort so they can benefit themselves and their families. Immigration should not be prohibited in the United States because it is a fundamental part of the very foundation that this country was built on. Immigration fuels our economy, creates more jobs, and shapes how the rest of the world views the United States. This country is part of a constantly shifting culture and to strip this place of immigrants would also strip this country s diversity and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Hume on Custom Habit First Paper Assignment; Hume on Customs and Habits Custom, then, is the great guide of human life. It is that principle alone which renders our experience useful to us, and makes us expect, for the future, a similar train of events with those which have appeared in the past. Without the influence of custom, we should be entirely ignorant of every matter of fact beyond what is immediately present to the memory and senses. We should never know how to adjust means to ends, or to employ our natural powers in the production of any effect. There would be an end at once of all action, as well as of the chief part of speculation. (Hume, Enquiry) Hume is a philosopher who believes in the Copy Principle. • 5. What Did You Discover About Your Value Orientation That... Complete my.blog 3.1 (45), my.blog 3.2 (36), my.blog 3.3 (53). What did you discover about your value orientation that you did not know before? After completing my.blog 3.1, I learned several things. The first thing is that I am individualistic, meaning that I have a tendency to emphasize my individual identity over a group identity. The second was that I am small power distance oriented, meaning I tend to value equal power distributions, equal rights and relations, and equitable rewards and punishments on the basis of performance. Third, I learned that Ii have feminine patterns, meaning that I emphasize flexible sex roles when it comes to behaviors. Finally, I learned that I have a strong uncertainty avoidance, meaning I prefer clear procedures, and conflict, avoidance behaviors. Overall, I think this is basically spot on. I do tend to want equal rights, and rewards/punishments based on performance, and I do really hate conflict. After completing my.blog 3.2, I also learned even more. After adding up my scores, I found that I am a bicultural value person. Neither my individualism score or my collectivism score was much different. This means that in certain situations when my value of self reliance and personal freedom is the focus I may be more individualistic, while when it comes to being sensitive to others needs, I may be more collectivist. After completing my.blog 3.3, I also learned that doing, or action oriented, that when it comes to density I tend to be in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. Susan Minot Summary LUST. Having read the story written by Susan Minot we come across a rather complicated character, to be precise the narrator herself. The girl in the story has been studying in the boarding school. It is the educational establishment of close type, so the process of growing proceeds differently. For example if we compare the girls from public schools and the girls from boarding schools the latest will be more dissolute. The main reason for this is the closed social environment which fluencies the young girls minds. So let us look closer at the narrator she was ...good at such things like math or painting or even sports, but the second a boy put his arm around her, she forgot about wanting to do anything else... This phrase indicates the author s real attitude towards men and studying. She loved being in relationships with young boys. Moreover, while being in the boarding school she had at least 5 or 6 partners. At the same time the narrator stresses that: Lots of boys, but never two at the same time. One was plenty to keep you in a state. So for her a man is a tool, which can keep her in shape. To our way of thinking it is a rather thoughtless attitude towards the relationship. Furthermore, from the conversation with the headmistress Mrs. Gunther it becomes obvious that the narrator is astonished having known that she has had only the one man for her life. But to be honest the headmistress has her own understanding of the relations between the man and the woman, and it is ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Every year a new producer is selected to produce the show and keep all the different functions on task and meeting the targeted deadlines. Each year the producer must develop their own work schedule will all tasks included that are required to meet the deadline of opening night. Due to the lack of formal organization chart that outlines authority, control and report creates challenges as well open communication among all functions is critical to ensure deadlines are being met. Given the timeframe as to when budget is approved and the producer can proceed with tasks everything needs to run smoothly and on time. There isn t much room to delay the start of tasks especially along the critical paths to meet the opening night. Opening night is critical for the operetta as how it is performed will lead to positive feedback in newspapers and talk around campus. Based on how it goes will lead to more ticket sales for the following performances. With a majority of the tasks being completed by volunteers, who have other obligations, results in little ability to push them for extra time to catch up on tasks which are delayed. As well can t jeopardize the quality of the performance or sets due to pushing the volunteers or putting the wrong people into roles they can t do. The Great Principles Of The American Revolution The creation of the American nation became what it is today from years of struggle in which the common people, as well as the Founding Fathers, played a vital part for independence. The promise of the Revolution, a nation based on the republican ideals of liberty, independence, and equality, was to some extent achieved. Yet the great principles of the Revolution have long shaped our thoughts of what it means to be an American. All the events leading up and after the American Revolution will have effects on the common people. The story of George Robert Twelves Hewes helps historians comprehend the part that the common people played in their struggle for freedom and republican ideals they wanted to achieve for the generations to come in the new nation. The common people were important because if they didn t join John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and other wealthy leaders then the American Revolution would have never taken place. The common people made up the bulk of the Continental Army, without convincing the bulk of those people, they would have stayed loyal the King George III. The common people in the colonial era of the United States were made mostly up of people that worked in trade areas such as shoemakers, smiths, carpenters, and other trades within that time. Most of them were poor, especially if a colonist was in the shoemaking trade. John Adams, said that shoemaking was, too mean and diminutive an occupation, to hold a client of his who wanted to rise in the world. 1 ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 11. Leadership Corruption Of The United States Leadership Corruption in American 1.1Introduction Corruption is almost legal and open in political life of American. The political field of the United States is just as a big stage, on which those young talent and who are in authority, show off as an old saying expressed, You just finished and I come on the scene . However, there are doubts that people can hardly receive any hearing of news about a real corruption in American, for the statesman do not corrupt in any unacceptable ways. This case has shocked the whole society and made the history of it. Recently, the details of the case are under a heat discussion of American media. What s even more arresting is that the conflict was pointed at the President Bush and his government. The case itself was equally considered as a political scandal as the water gate scandal and the Iran gate scandal. Prior to the first world war war, many ships used the radio for communication. In the early part of the 20th Century, amplification was one of the top concerns of the development of the radio. Of course people were able to communicate with others hundreds of miles away, but the clarity and amplification of the messages weren t necessarily as good as many had expected and counted on. Often times, other means of communication like the telegraph were better off being used instead of the radio. • 14. Racial Beliefs And Its Effect On Society As a young girl, I have always associated white people with the quality of being rude or racist. For example, not holding doors as I walked behind them or ignoring my friendly smiles and comments. I vividly remember several occasions where I would be walking two steps being a Caucasian person and they would fail to hold the door open allowing it to slam in my face. There is also an uneasy stare that is given while shopping, such as following African Americans around the store to watch them make sure they are not stealing. The belief that white people are rude is not limited to black people, but other minorities as well because their cultural beliefs and practices are often disrespected. The stereotype emerged from personal experiences throughout my daily life. My mother would also agree that most individuals who are white are rude to minorities because of their sense of entitlement. She would often have to console me because, at a young age, I would acknowledge the difference in treatment I received. About other cultures, their cultural beliefs are often disregarded and are not given the time to understand. When someone is not fluent in English, they are often disregarded instead of taking the time is comprehend their statement. Blacks are typically characterized as thieves or hoodlums, Muslims are terrorist, and Mexicans are all labor workers, which are incorrect statements and over generalized. • 17. Essay on Violence and the Media Violence and the Media Television programming today can be a powerful influence in developing value systems and shaping behavior (Bee, 1998: 261 262). Unfortunately, much of today s television programming is violent. For instance, the level of violence during Saturday morning cartoons is higher than the level of violence during prime time. There are about six to eight violent acts per hour during prime time, versus twenty to thirty violent acts per hour on Saturday morning cartoons ( Killing Screens, 1994). Also, well before children finish their grade school, they will witness up to 8,000 murders and 100,000 violent acts on television (Levine, 1995: 143). Moreover, children spend more time learning about life through media than in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... For example, because young children do not understand the line between fantasy and reality, one may find children crawling down storm drains looking for them [Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles] (Minow LaMay, 1995: 33). This example clearly represents that children do not understand that their favorite characters are only made up characters and that they do not exist in reality. However, many children may act upon their favorite movie or film character in such way, that they will try to imitate them. Young children instinctively imitate actions, or rather model human behavior by observation without always possessing the intellect or maturity to determine if such actions are appropriate. For example, in Bandura s modeling studies children expressed more aggressive behavior toward the blow up doll called Bobo, when they observed an adult model verbally and physically attack the doll in real life, on film, or in a cartoon (Westen, 1996: 206). Therefore, due to the televisions programs role model capacity to promote real world violence, there is a deep concern that watching violent programs on television will cause children to become more aggressive. As a result of viewing violent programs on television, children may become more aggressive toward other children, use violence and aggressiveness in their play, and use violence to solve their ... • 18. Utilitarianism Benefits Benefits of Utilitarianism According to the utilitarian theory it believes that the impartiality, fairness, and greater social harmony requires us to balance our interests with those of others. In doing so, utilitarianism provides an effective antidote for the evils of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, and other unjust criteria. This means utilitarians try to find a way to make themselves and others happy. The value of happiness for example, should be distributed to as many people as possible. Considering this, I agree that using the utilitarianism theory will benefit a society in the distant future. To begin with, negative consequences may be reached to receive a positive outcome. For instance, there are five victims tied down to a railroad and there is a runaway trolley cart heading towards the five victims. If there is a choice to divert that runaway trolley cart to kill that one victim instead of those five, killing that one victim is considered ethical according to the utilitarian theory. Indeed, diverting that runaway trolley from attacking those five victims is a better outcome for the society rather than saving that one sufferer. The reason that is, those five victims are now able to create a society that is far ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This shows that the narrator s insane excitement at the chance to kill the old man outweighs his compassion for him through the use of irony, the contrast between sympathy and killing intent also helps define his character as an insane man with no morals. In the twisting tales of A Rose for Emily and The Jilting of Granny Weatherall the recurring theme of denial continuously reminds the reader that life is precious and to never take anything for granted. William Faulkner s A Rose for Emily focuses on the life and death of Emily Grierson. Although the story begins with her death, the details of her life are revealed through several elements. Emily is ultimately jilted by the man she falls in love with, Homer Barron, and poisons him to ensure a lifelong commitment. A similar theme appears within Katherine Anne Porter s The Jilting of Granny Weatherall Ellen Weatherall, is on her deathbed as the story begins. The narrator discusses Granny s life and the struggles she faced in the past. As Granny lays upon her deathbed, she recalls all the things she has to do and all the chores she has left undone. She also remarks the element of surprise at the fact that death has come upon her. Not only do these two stories repeatedly use elements such as symbolism and foreshadowing the authors create a relatively similar theme that not only delivers a powerful message but is a timeless classic. Closely associated with comorbidities, is the concept of addressing any vulnerabilities or hurdles that consumers might face, not only in undertaking treatment, but in their day to day life. These hurdles include such things as impairments in vision, hearing or coordination.11 Another core concept that is pertinent to consider in management of these young people is to recognise that they are in an incredibly dynamic phase of development. Each individual will be referred at a different emotional, psychological and physiological stage, and each individual will evolve, mature and develop at a different trajectory. The clinician must take this development into consideration to ensure firstly, that the treatment is appropriate for the individual s current level of development, and secondly, that the treatment considers the likely development course, and evolves with this development.12 In my own clinical experience, it is not uncommon for families, schools and organisations to present in crisis, with the hope of obtaining immediate answers and rapid improvements. However, despite these many agendas, it is important for clinicians to have a clear mind and sound knowledge of human learning and behaviour modification. With both the psychological and neurobiological understanding of the formation of learnt behaviours and habit formation, it is crucial that both the clinician and the consumers are aware of the need for appropriate treatment durations, and understand that it may take ... This optical telegraph was replaced by the electric telegraph, eventually. In 1809, a crude telegraph was invented in Bavaria by Samuel Soemmering. • 35. The Reign Of The Byzantine Empire 1) The Byzantine emperors were more powerful than previous Roman emperors because the Byzantine emperors inherited imperial law, which were only provincial forms of Roman law that survived in the west. Also, the emperors were able to transition smoothly into the role of all powerful Christian monarchs. 2) The Byzantine Empire post 600 CE can be categorized as a beleaguered empire because they only had a single ruler who endowed with supreme legal and religious authority was able to prevent the breakup of the Eastern Empire. Also, the loss and decreased of the populous provinces lessened the power of the empire. The Byzantine emperors then were encountered with new enemies from the north and south, while the relations worsened between the emperor and the popes and kings of western Europe. 3) Political, economic and social transformations that were caused in the Byzantine Empire by the plague of Justinian , the 7th century epidemics, and the loss of Egypt and Syria had a long effect on the empire. Pergamon Altar To Zeus Analysis The Pergamon altar to Zeus, was once was apart of the great Pergamon Palace that was a library to 200,000 scrolls and garrison of soldiers that use to reside in Pergamon city in the 2nd century B.C. I will be performing a visual analysis on one of the friezes depicted in the Pergamon altar of Zeus showing the Goddess Athena, who helped Olympus fight against the titans. In this essay I will explore how the Pergamon frieze is a metaphor for the victory of greek culture over the unknown, the unspoken fear of the greeks against the chaotic forces of nature by looking at the movement of lines, illusionistic space and virtuoso sculpting here of the human body. Athena greek goddess of war and wisdom was one of the most powerful goddesses in the greek pantheon, and as said, by her birth, came fully armed from the head of zeus, which had inspired the common representation of her shown in armour, helmet, spear, and with a shield. She also held the head of Gorgon Medusa over her aegis. She was an embodiment of wisdom, reason, and purity. And by being her father s favorite, she was allowed to use his weapons and thunderbolt. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In this Hellenistic frieze Athena is depicted as being graceful and beautiful as she battles this giant, Alcyoneus, son of Gaia, a goddess of Earth. Even without a face we can tell that she is in total control as she has grabbed Alcyoneus by the hair, having pulled him from the earth while his mother Gaia on the other side watches in fear for her son as she s completely at Athena s mercy. Athena s collected grace strengthens this marble piece, as even in a time of chaos these gods and goddesses were completely in control and empowered, as there was an oracle known that they d not be able to defeat these titans without the help of a ...
