This document describes a study that uses machine learning algorithms to predict heart disease. Specifically, it uses the Random Forest algorithm on a dataset from the UCI machine learning repository containing medical data from 270 patients. The study finds that the Random Forest algorithm achieves 92% accuracy in predicting heart disease, outperforming other algorithms like Decision Trees, Support Vector Machines, AdaBoost and Gradient Boosting. The Random Forest algorithm is able to accurately predict heart disease based on attributes like age, sex, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels in the patient data.

Heart diseases have a severe impact on human life and health. Cardiovascular deaths and diseases have increased at a fast rate worldwide. The early prediction of these diseases is necessary to prevent deaths. Now a day; a considerable amount of medical information is available and collected as databases. An efficient technique is required to analyse this data and predict the disease. Clustering can help medical practitioners in diagnosis by classifying the patient’s data collected for a disease. Clustering techniques can analyse such data based on each patient-generated and predict disease. A new prediction model based on salp swarm algorithm and support vector machine is proposed in this research for predicting heart diseases. Salp swarm algorithm is used to select the useful features from the database. Support vector machine classifier is used to predict heart diseases. Results obtained are compared with the other algorithms available in the literature. It is observed that the proposed approach produces better results with accuracy 98.75% and 98.46% with the dataset 1 and 2, respectively. In addition to this, the algorithm converges in significantly less time in comparison to other algorithms. This algorithm might become a perfect supporting tool for medical practitioners.

In the aviation industry, predictive maintenance promises increased reliability as well as improved supply chain and operational performance. The main goal is to ensure that the engines work correctly under all conditions and there is no risk of failure. If an effective method for predicting failures is applied, maintenance may be improved. The main source of data regarding the health of the engines is measured during the flights. Several variables are calculated, including fan speed, core speed, quantity and oil pressure and, environmental variables such as outside temperature, aircraft speed, altitude, and so on. Sensor data obtained in real time can be used to model component deterioration. To predict the maintenance of an aircraft engine, LSTM networks is used in this paper. A sequential input file is dealt with by the LSTM model. The training of LSTM networks was carried out on a high performance large scale processing engine. Machines, data, ideas, and people must all be brought together to understand the importance of predictive maintenance and achieve business results that matter. This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
