In this webinar, we described how to maximize the student training experience at the FQHC. Presenters discussed the need to assess student’s interest and experience with the underserved prior to placement. Additional focus was placed on best practices to mentor and evaluate the student and to develop a peer learning environment for both students and trainers. Participants were guided through the successes and challenges of maximizing the student experience by highlighting sample model programs. This webinar took place April 12, 2016 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
