The study evaluated the dust accumulation capacity of Ficus carica across eight sites in Multan, Pakistan, and its impact on various biometric and biochemical attributes. Results indicated that maximum dust deposition occurred in roadside plants, leading to significant changes in leaf area, fresh and dry weights, chlorophyll, carotenoids, and ascorbic acid levels. A positive correlation was observed between dust accumulation and biometric attributes, while negative correlations were noted with chlorophyll content.
